    Initial installation performed very poorly....

    Initial installation performed very poorly. Several problems including the sliding door being bent making it impossible to close without loud bang and shaking frame. All fixed month later.

    My husband and I have been more than pleased with the attention and workmanship we received from staff at 5Star from showroom staff, sales advisor, workmen and office staff. All staff gave us the most consideration especially under the current COVID 19 restrictions! We aappreciated all they did!

    The only complaint is the lack of pre paid...

    The only complaint is the lack of pre paid addressed envelopes to return such things as guarantees paperwork etc. This detracts from an otherwise excellent service.

    From initial contact through to completion the...

    From initial contact through to completion the whole process was smooth and trouble free. Everyone arrived on time for each visit sales, survey and fitters. The fitters were excellent. Very pleasant they did an excellent job and when finished there was not a bit of mess to be seen. We are really very pleased. Would certainly recommend this company.

    There was an unavoidable delay due to the...

    There was an unavoidable delay due to the 'lockdown'. However as soon as it was lifted our installation was completed and it was well worth waiting for.
