Arrived on time, replaced the old door for new and made a very good job of the installation. The new door looks great and no mess left behind, all in all we are very happy. The only niggle was the 5 star sign I found screwed to my fence without permission.

Recently used 5-Star to install a new side door into our garage. Very pleasant fitter arrived on time and did an excellent job of fitting. Door and locking mechanism appears to be of very high quality.

5 Star replaced my front door and updated my Roofline and guttering. The team who came to carry out the installation were very professional, helpful and polite at all times, despite having to overcome a few unexpected issues. They were hard working and took pride in their work, ensuring everything was left tidy on completion.
The end product has greatly enhanced my property and I am very pleased with it.

5 Star replaced my crumbling open porch with an enclosed porch but left the roof in tact as requested. They also included a sliding window in the design, once again at my request, despite not usually supplying that type of window.
There were a couple of delays but I was kept informed and promptly given alternative dates. The two fitters were exceptional and worked without breaks each day. They were friendly and informative and tidied up well after each days work.
I cannot fault the service I’ve received from 5Star.

Happy with the outcome. All staff were patient with our numerous changes from original order. Installation was efficient. All detritus was removed. Would have given 5 stars but only first 10yrs of the guarantee include labour, yrs 11-20, parts only.

I had chosen this company over others because their product seemed superior. The service was uncoordinated (window fitters arrived but scaffolding had not been erected) and schedules were stretched and not adhered to. A window was fitted that was not according to requirements and later a reduction in payment was offered adding delays. The workmen were polite and worked hard and tried to leave the place clean but left me with a feeling that they will do the bare minimum possibly because they are not given all the details of the work required. The product is fine but the 20 year warranty offered with the initial contract turns out to be not exactly that(20 yrs unconditional).

From start to finish everybody involved was very helpful @ professional. Very pleased with the installation.

The suggested design was exactly what we had in mind & adds a good balance to the front of our property.
The staff who we dealt with were polite, prompt when calling & knowledgable about the product range.
I wanted to carry out part of the work myself, & 5🔯 we’re happy to carry out their part without issue.
The installation was slightly delayed but we were kept informed & given an alternative date for the install.
On the day of installation, the fitter carried out the work very well, the detail & skill were second to none & I consider myself a difficult person to please.

We purchased a lovely new front door from 5 Star and from the first visit by the salesman were impressed with the professional yet friendly approach of everyone concerned.
Everything was explained in easy to understand language and I didn't feel pressurised to buy at any stage.
Having placed the order everything happened in a very orderly way with people turning up when expected, being uniformly polite and friendly. I was also impressed by the written comms and always felt that I knew what I was paying for and what to expect when.
The installation went ahead earlier than planned and was completed expertly and with no mess.
We have been very impressed with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend 5 Star.
