    I had to chase to find out when the fitting would...

    I had to chase to find out when the fitting would be but I was dealt with courteously. The agreed date had to be put off due to fitting team sickness. They arrived an hour early on the new date and it was very fortunate that I was back from work. I am pleased with the workmanship and the product but it was a bit of a hassle actually getting the fitting (ordered in Feb fitted in April.)

    THE MEN TURNED UP AHEAD OF TIME ,BUT THIS WAS NOT...

    THE MEN TURNED UP AHEAD OF TIME ,BUT THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND WORKED WELL. NO PROBLEMS AT THE MOMENT AND DO NOT EXPECT ANY.

    Replacement door and windows. Process was straight forward and efficient. All staff dealt with were punctual, polite and friendly and a good service was provided.
