Installation carried out in an efficient and professional manner

Very good throughout,builder turned up bang on time,cleaned up after,two days later fitter turned up to fit bi fold doors,a very professional fitting was done,a good friendly set of people and we could not complain about anything,four days later fitter turned up again to repair plasterwork,after removal of the previous wall,We would have no hesitation in recommending 5star to anyone,showroom staff very helpful in understanding what we needed,showroom was excellent. Thank you 5star.

Only minor details prevented a perfect score. Some aspects of the quote were wrong and had to be corrected by the surveyor. I know that that is the surveyor's job but, perhaps, more training of the sales staff would get the details right first time and reduce the risk of something slipping through. It took 4 weeks to get a replacement made for a window frame that arrived with a scratch on it and one of the door seals still needs fixing 7 weeks after installation. Overall, however, I am still very happy with the product and with the attitude and work of 5 Star's staff.

Very good service second time we have used them.

On the whole we are very pleased with the finished conservatory. Main niggle was lack of contact from 5 Star's staff during build process to check whether we had any concerns. However, everyone involved in the project responded quickly and efficiently when we did have queries and were always extremely polite and courteous.

Let down by surveyor.

I was annoyed that I had to wait so long for a copy of the design of the installation. Otherwise we are happy with the results., Thank you. .
