    Good overall. Prompt. Clear. Fitters were excellent. Surveyor failed to identify missing lintel but this was rectified by fitting team without problem. Incorrect patio glass supplied, but also rectified by fitting team.

    13 windows replaced and front of house lower...

    13 windows replaced and front of house lower section Facia / guttering etc. Whole process went well from start to finish. The only unfortunate incident was slight damage to a Bureau located well away from the windows. Must have been damaged by carrying in or out of the room the window frame. (Majority of the work was done from inside). We did report this to Damian at 5 Star Kidderminster who offered us a token £50 recompense, which we have not claimed yet. All staff were friendly and approachable. Fitters were on time and efficient.
