I have recently had new Pennine French Doors fitted at my home by Pennine fitters Paul and Andrew. They did a first-class job and were very professional and friendly. I have always used Pennine for all my home improvements, so I tell all my friends and family: If it's a first-class job you want, Go the Pennine way!

Lee and Ryan were a great team - kept me in the loop throughout the fitting, were tidy, considerate and did a great job. I am thrilled with the end product.

The whole process went smoothly. I made an early change to the specification, and this was done willingly and promptly. The fitters arrived slightly late because of an overrun on their previous job, but the work was carried out efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy. I was shown how to operate the door and lock.

I have just had a solid roof put on my existing conservatory and I cannot praise highly enough the quality of the product and the installation team. The installation team worked in all weather conditions and even replaced existing guttering on the house. The finished product is excellent and would highly recommend this company for price, professionalism and quality.

The contract was agreed Feb 2021 and installation completed in January 2022.
There were a few changes to the contract in May for one window which I was advised wouldn't achieved the desired results so that was cancelled from the order. And I upgraded two windows prior to that date.
I was promised multiple installation dates from late May 2021 but it was September 2021 before the installation started. It was meant to take 5 days but due to the hap-hazard approach it didn't complete until January 2022.
In that time I escalated to the MD three times and also used the finance organisational route to represent me as well in the hope of a successful resolution.
Eventually some focus was put on the order and after multiple snag lists were composed I now have the windows and doors installed.
Most of the windows required 'fixing' which I'm told is a manufacturing issue and the back door had to be replaced.

Had new windows fitted by Pennine. Very pleased with the end result. Excellent service throughout, very professional. Appreciated the careful explanations at every stage. The fitters, Dan and John, did a great job, worked very hard, kept noise and mess to a minimum and checked everything carefully. They even replaced furniture afterwards.

We had our new composite front door and side panel fitted by Pennine. We are very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the door and side panel and in particular the fitting. Conner arrived early and had it all fitted with painstaking precision, and no fuss, mess or drama. All companies benefit from having professional, knowledgeable competent and pleasant staff working for them, but Conner and his assistant surpassed this easily. He is a credit to the company, and it was a pleasure having them at our house, they made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We are delighted and can not praise them, and Pennine enough.

Bifold doors and windows fitted to rear of property. Paid a deposit in May all remedial work finally finished in December. Fitters were great but admin from the office awful. Parts missing, fitters sent to fix errors with wrong parts and the office never contacted me proactively. I would have been more understanding if a) they had apologised b) they had actually taken the time to contact me rather than having to continually chase and b) been polite or even a little sympathetic on the phone. It’s a shame as actually happy with the doors and windows and the fitters but would never recommend this company to anyone given the terrible back office experience. 

We are very happy with our decks and very impressed with your after sales service, sadly this is a rare thing these days, so we are thankful that we chose your Company.
