Excellent job by really good team.
Jody and Dillon helped remove fittings in my conservatory before the job started. The men were all very pleasant and did a really good job and went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me. I am very pleased with my conservatory now that it is insulated I'm sure I'll be able to use it a lot more. I would definitely recommend the whole team!

Two new composite doors
We engaged ERG to fit two composite doors in our house. From the start of the process until the end, they were friendly and professional. There was no pressure to buy from them. Their fitter was a dream. He did the doors in a day. There was no mess and he tidied everything up before he left. He asked if we were happy with doors before he left. They took all our old doors and rubbish away. I would not hesitate in using ERG again.

I wanted to share my very positive recent experience with ERG. I have been looking for a specialist window for a cabin I am building and have tried a few other local firms without success. I spoke with Siobhan Bird from ERG on a few occasions refining the details / specification and have now placed my order at a very attractive price. Siobhan has been fantastic to deal with throughout with prompt, professional and personal service at every stage and is a excellent ambassador for the firm. Fantastic Transformation
So pleased and the whole service from start to finish was excellent. The change in doors was very quick and end result amazing with patio doors and back door replaced including integral blinds which will make huge difference in next heat wave!

After 11 months I am in total despair.!
Building of my conservatory commenced on 16th October 2025. All went well for a week or two, but then they left saying that they would return in two weeks, as they hadn’t been given the correct parts to continue. With the work. The correct parts didn’t arrive until January 2026 - the wrong parts having been delivered twice! Finally the structure was up but they left the job without making good and left large amounts of unused materials in the front garden. Since then I have had several leaks which to this day (7th September 2026), have not been solved in spite of several heated discussions. The workers are lovely men but the company is completely inept.

Love our new door!
We bought our house from new and it had a cheap front door fitted by the builders. Drafty and poorly fitted and we'd had to get the lock repaired 3 times. By comparison our 5 Star door is amazing. The bigger window lets in so much more light and the door fits snuggly and securely. The handle and the lock is clearly quality material. The frame that is fitted is quality compliments the door so well.
We never planned on getting a new door until someone from 5 Star knocked on the door. So pleased we took the plunge.

Very impressed with 5 Star from initial quote to final installation.
We are so pleased with our new doors and windows.
The fitting team were very professional, no mess and their finishing detail was incredible. Everything looks so nice.

Conservatory and roofline installation
Both conservatory and roofline components were of good quality.
Fitters were competent and worked efficiently. They were polite and helpful and cleaned up when installations had been completed.
The office staff were also polite and helpful and all work went ahead as planned. Prices were competative. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again if we need similar work done in the future.
