So pleased and the whole service from start to finish was excellent. The change in doors was very quick and end result amazing with patio doors and back door replaced including integral blinds which will make huge difference in next heat wave!

Building of my conservatory commenced on 16th October 2025.  All went well for a week or two, but then they left saying that they would return in two weeks, as they hadn’t been given the correct parts to continue. With the work.  The correct parts didn’t arrive until January 2026  - the wrong parts having been delivered twice!   Finally the structure was up but they left  the job without making good and left large amounts of unused materials in the front garden.  Since then I have had several leaks which  to this day (7th September 2026), have not been solved in spite of several heated discussions.  The workers are lovely men but the company is completely inept.

We bought our house from new and it had a cheap front door fitted by the builders. Drafty and poorly fitted and we'd had to get the lock repaired 3 times. By comparison our 5 Star door is amazing. The bigger window lets in so much more light and the door fits snuggly and securely. The handle and the lock is clearly quality material. The frame that is fitted is quality compliments the door so well. 
We never planned on getting a new door until someone from 5 Star knocked on the door. So pleased we took the plunge.

I recently had new UPVC window installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The initial Sales / Window Designer was excellant in his presentation, quotation and folllow up proceedures. On the day of fitting the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed real care in both the installation and the finishing details. The windows themselves are solid, well‑constructed.
The installers attention to detail was clear—the frame was level, seals were neat, and the final result looks clean and modern.
The locking mechanisms feel secure, and the smooth opening and closing show the quality of the workmanship.
Overall, this was a professional, reliable, and high‑quality installation, and I’m very pleased with the outcome.

Highly recommend 5 Star Kidderminster - had replacement doors and windows at a great price. Whole transaction was friendly but professional. Make sure your printer has ink and paper - the contract is extremely long! The fitters (two on day 1, 3, and 4, four on day 2) were great chaps and went beyond their duty. All-in-all it was a pain-free and quick (relatively) transaction.

I am very pleased with the service from 5 Star. From the consultation with the designer, the visit from the surveyor and the actual fitters on the day, I had everything explained and everyone was very professional. Phone calls and emails from the administrative staff were timely and made sure the process ran smoothly. I can recommend 5 Star for supplying an excellent product and I am very happy with the appearance and function of my new windows.

The salesman was very friendly and informative. However, communication was awful. The first engineer only turned up after numerous phone calls , and then 4 hours late. On the day of the fitting the fitters turned up so late that the job had to be postponed to another day. On the rescheduled day only one fitter turned up. There was no way he could remove the old patio window on his own which meant having to help him manually with the job otherwise the job would have had to be postponed again. To be fair, the fitter did a very
good job but definitely would not recommend this company despite the 50 pound bribe they offer.

Fabulous job completed on our house which involved replacing all windows, front and interior door. Sales team very helpful, installation team efficient and reliable and any concerns have been dealt with in a timely fashion.
