Its my second time using ERG
This is my second time using ERG Scotland. Yesterday the team fitted a new front door and three new windows, to add to my patio door and back door that ERG did a couple of years back.
From the initial appointment to completion everything went smoothly. Great workmanship and were noticing the lack of draughts already. Would highly recommend ERG to anyone looking to replace doors and windows. Thanks guys.

New front windows fitted
We were very pleased with how the windows looked when the job was completed. Initially after the windows were installed there was a few things that required tidying up but 5 Star soon organised someone to come out and make a snagging list followed by the fitter visiting to sort out the issues and rectify them to our satisfaction.

Window replacement
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this but our experience with 5 Star Windows was not good. The fitters failed to turn up to fit on the arranged day. They came the following day and did the fitting only to crack one of the windows. The replacement glass took 6 weeks to change. The experience with the scaffolding company was very very poor. They did not arrive when arranged and when they did turn up they left the roof in a very untidy mess with screws etc left. The worst however was the fact that we caught one of the scaffolders urinating in our garden. Absolutely disgusting as I am sure you have to agree. We will not use you again . I would hope that you take this matter up with the scaffolding company

Fantastic Very Pleased
We had Bi-fold doors supplied and fitted in October 2025 and have to say we are very pleased, they are absolutely stunning.
From the initial relaxed chat with Dean in the showroom there is no sales pressure and he was happy to answer any questions we had.
The two fitters Dave & Martin were very professional and helpful and a credit to Eden.
We have no hesitation in having Eden again for our next project.

Sales person was so rude on first contact. Belittling even.
Sales person was so rude on first contact. Belittling even. She clearly didn't want to discuss anything, just wanted to get someone around to my house for what i suppose would be a hard sell. If you are on your own and trying to navigate through the best options for an extension and you can afford this system I suggest you try elsewhere.

Fantastic price and workmanship

I found ERG very efficient from Quote to fitting.
I found ERG very efficient from Quote to fitting. When looking for a new front door ERG were the best value for money, the rep went through the options on what was the best door for our house and was very knowledgeable about all the doors in the catalogue. The engineer who fitted the door was very thorough and made very little mess and made a neat job of fitting the door. The new door has made a big difference to the warmth to the house but not only that the look of the front of the house. ERG have given me a great service and a good quality door at a very reasonable price.
