Visual were recommended by friends, and we were able to see the quality of their work. Great service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, through the design process, survey, groundwork, build and installation. All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, building regulations and the various trades who arrived in a timely manner. All the trades were polite and professional and tidied up behind themselves. From beginning with the salesperson, Andrew, through the survey phase with Keith to the installation by Chris and Andy everything has gone smoothly. Extremely polite and considerate of my home throughout fitting. Everything cleaned up on completion. Windows are excellent quality. Customer service were also extremely helpful and my installation date was brought forward to accommodate my holiday dates. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to Chris and Andy for all your hard work and for keeping me updated on progress throughout. I had been worried about bathroom tiling and granite window cill in kitchen, but everything was perfect.

We had a nightmare all through the process from taking a month to dig 6 holes, plastering team back 3 times, had to have bi fold doors re fitted to fit in line with the floor. Don’t want to go on, the build took 5/6 months from start to finish.

We had 5 Star replace a dated UPVC conservatory with a very modern looking Orangery and they did an excellent job from start to finish from both a build and administration perspective. Thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service and delighted with the quality and the fitting of my windows and front door. The fitter was on his own and did not stop even to have a lunch break. He was polite and respectful at all times. He showed me how to operate the catches on the windows and the front door. I have no hesitation in recommending TWC Home Improvements.
