Excellent service all the way through from sales and survey to installation. The company and all of its employees i met were very polite and friendly and did exactly what they said they would which is a pretty rare thing - my new patio doors are great too! Would definitely use Bon Accord Glass again.

Very impressed with our new decking  x2  yes we had 1 fitted and loved it so much we’ve just had another section done at the top of the garden - makes the garden look great again.
Received many comments on the design. We cannot fault the advice given and the service throughout the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeland if you wanted decking or balustrades.

we have had a conservatory revamp and had thought we were emplying a specialist company but now find the reality of what we have:

1) Patio doors too large that cant be hooked back as there isnt enough space on the wall to do so, but do blow around in the wind.

2) Doors have a 5 cm lip which is a HUGE trip hazard on top of the already 25 cm entrance into the room. Did we know that this existed? No, Were we asked about it? No! We have tried to sort this with them and all they do is tell us WE should have considered this when it was designed. Isn't this a consideration for a company who specialises in designing conservatories, to ask about. No instead we are told that the design person is not part of their team, but self employed - passing the buck. Great, do they give a dam - no! Their email to us advised that a local builder could be employed by us to sort it!

Any Mortimer today spoke over me, wasn't interested and didn't care! Pass the parcel, not is problem!

Chose a different company!

I needed replacement French windows and a front door.
The order process was good, no hard sell, clear information.
The installation team were on time, courteous and hard working. They respected the property, laying dust sheets inside and out and cleaned up exceptionally well.
I was shown how each door worked, locked and how to get extra keys.
I am delighted with the product, more light, more security and a lot more insulation.
Only a manufacturing glitch meant that one glazing unit needed to be replaced. It was ordered before it was drawn to my attention.
If the onward service continues like this I'll be very pleased.

A professional company from the visit of the initial representative, followed by the surveyor. The backroom staff for keeping us up to date with the delivery schedule which happened far sooner than we anticipated. The fitter was on time, he was very polite and friendly, extremely tidy and completed a very satisfactory installation. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The Sales person cemented our decision to choose 5Star, very professional and approachable. Surveyor was thorough and gave good advice. Admin team 100% brilliant communication. Fitters confident and worked quickly. Couple of errors/accident with panes. These were dealt with and recified. It is evident that customer care is important to the Company. ( 1 pane in our bathroom now refitted upsidedown - which wasnt noticed on completion, its not very obvious, if we use 5Star in the future perhaps it can be rectified then? This fitter though is an asset to 5Star he was kind,helpful and worked really hard. Thank you, we have had compliments on how nice our windows look.

We have recently had to get two upstairs windows replaced that was causing mould and drafts, 5 star went trough our options clearly and explained the workings of the windows we chose, was expecting our windows to be done in June but we are in April and they have managed to get them out and fitted already, very happy with the quality, we could only afford the upstairs two but will definitely be having 5 star out when we decide to get some more changed, thank you

replacement of old wooden framed double-glazed was done very smoothly and quickly.All rubbish was removed and everything left clean and tidy

Two windows installed, one half way over a lean-to greenhouse. A problem to which the installation team applied a lot of thought and a complete success. Team were thorough and left the site probably cleaner than when they arrived.

Excellent service from start to finish. Tim, the sales consultant was knowledgeable and helpful with no hard sell. Tony the surveyor was thorough and helpful. Admin staff were on the ball and honest when they had to reschedule the fitting date. Steve and Adam did the fitting. They arrived on time, had a good plan and kept us informed. Their work was quick but professional and extremely well done. They kept the work areas clean and tidy, and cleared away at the end of the day. They even refitted the pillars around the front door which we had taken off to paint as they wanted to ensure that they achieved the best finish. They also went back to their yard to get some bricks to correct some issues from either the fitting of the old doors or from the original construction. Fantastic service and quality all round.
