Good service from beginning to end.

It is lovely to have a really pleasant experience from the outset to the finished result. The salesman/surveyor was knowledgeable and efficient. The ordering process was really good and the price represents good value. and most importantly we are delighted with the finished product. I was also expecting to spend my Saturday clearing up after the installation, I was most impressed to find everything was left clean and tidy and all that was required was the windows just needed a bit of a clean. I wish all jobs would run so smoothly, well done!

Very dissapointed with the service we received. It started well with the initial salesman (Eric) who was very thorough but from there it was down hill. The builders/fitters and other tradesmen didn't seem to have any knowledge of how we had requested the conservatory to be built. A brick column was missed as the details had not been passed on by the surveyor, the glass in the door and one of the windows was wrong, the door locks were wrong. The plasterer didn't know that we had requested an arch between the kitchen and the conservatory and thus this didn't get done. The builders had left a large pile of bricks in a shared alley way used by 3 of my neighbours. I called to have these removed and was told somebody would be round to move them. 2 weeks later they were moved. When we discovered a leak once the structure was complete, it took 2 weeks to get somebody out to look into it even though I was told a day and time on 3 occasions that somebody would call round only for nobody to show up (after I had finished work early to ensure I would be home). When we discovered that some of the windows hadn't been sealed, I made 3 phone calls over 3 days and was told each time that I would receive a call back. It's now a week later and I haven't had a call. Awful service. It seems once they have received the majority of the payment, they are no longer interested in helping their customers. I would not use this company again and would definitely not recommended them.

Organisation of survey chaotic, otherwise OK. Installers very good.

I had family trouble when your adviser called, so as my neighbour was having the same thing she told me a lot, so hence I have said good in some places instead of excellent.

First class job done.
