Overall very pleased, but had to call twice to have minor problems resolved - filler missed from below window, door needed adjustment (by the time door issue was resolved, it had become extemely difficult to close)

Staff brilliant especially fitters and showroom staff (how many sit you down with a cup of tea and explain everything these days). Fitters were friendly without being over the top and workmanship was superb. Very strongly recommend even if its a showroom visit to see quality

Staff brilliant from showroom, sales, surveyor to fitters, no pushy salesman and to get a fitter on hands and knees picking bits out of gravel surround to house was amazing. Really good to get clean working, friendly and helpful installers. Superb job

It is lovely to have a really pleasant experience...
It is lovely to have a really pleasant experience from the outset to the finished result.
The salesman/surveyor was knowledgeable and efficient.
The ordering process was really good and the price represents good value.
and most importantly we are delighted with the finished product.
I was also expecting to spend my Saturday clearing up after the installation, I was most impressed to find everything was left clean and tidy and all that was required was the windows just needed a bit of a clean.
I wish all jobs would run so smoothly, well done!
