I wanted a quality building to replace an old...
I wanted a quality building to replace an old cedar and glass conservatory. I liked being able to view the various options in the showroom and the helpful advice of the sales consultant. Whilst they had to work to the existing foundations which presented some technical questions there were no problems only solutions. I felt comfortable placing my order and as soon as the builders, installation team,plasterers and electrician got to work I knew I had made the right choice. I was impressed with all the staff I met and dealt with. They were all extremely competent and obviously took great pride in their work and I now have a conservatory at the top end of my expectations which has been much admired by my neighbours. Well done.

It was nice to be remembered as previous...
It was nice to be remembered as previous customers. Overall experience was just a tad below what we had before but nonetheless generally happy.
To get the job finished in 2 days, the fitters did stay until after 7.30 pm on the second day and seemed rushed to be finished even then. I would have preferred they left at the normal time and come back fresh for the next morning for a couple of hours. As it was they were tired which probably meant the job was not finished as well as what it could have been.
The fitters van, parked on my drive, did not start when they left at 7.45pm and they had to call for a repair van. Whilst it did not inconvienience us, it could have done if we needed to have got our car off the drive.
There is a need to come back and do remedial work.
