Very good product,fitter very good but was surprised he was on his own as old patio doors were aluminium and were difficult for him to remove from site owing to there size.
Contact with staff very good but think office staff could be more efficient as there were mistakes with things like salesman when first calling had not got house number,office staff contacting me when i was considering whether to proceed or not, calling me by wrong name and quoting wrong quote. Overall the product is good and any minor things have been dealt with efficiently so would definitley recommend Eden Windows
