Very good product,fitter very good but was surprised he was on his own as old patio doors were aluminium and were difficult for him to remove from site owing to there size.
Contact with staff very good but think office staff could be more efficient as there were mistakes with things like salesman when first calling had not got house number,office staff contacting me when i was considering whether to proceed or not, calling me by wrong name and quoting wrong quote. Overall the product is good and any minor things have been dealt with efficiently so would definitley recommend Eden Windows

Overall 5 Star Windows and Conservatories provided a very professional level of service and support. All staff I encountered were helpful and not pushy, they listened to my requirements and explained fully the options open to me. They came highly recommended and I in turn would recommend them to family/friends, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

All of the staff - from our initial contact with Stewart Kelly at the Gillingham showroom , Richard the surveyor and Roger & Terry our fitters were all knowledgeable and provided a professional and friendly service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Eden Windows and will be using them again in the future.
