The finished decking looks great
A review is long overdue, mainly due to bad health, so my apologies.
After a few teething troubles , which were quickly resolved the work was completed. The finished decking looks great and has so far had plenty of use last summer and stood well this winter. So all l can say is that l am extremely pleased with the end result and the helpful staff and salesman. Would 100% recommend them.

Our windows have now been finished and I have signed and returned with Jim, the letter that needed signing on completion of the work. We would like to express how wonderful Jim has been. Our house is not straightforward and he gave every window the extra care that was needed to fit them in a sympathetic way. After the first few days of different fitters turning up it was wonderful to have Jim as a constant here. He was always on time in the mornings, polite, careful to cover our belongings and always tidied up at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we can not thank him enough. We are very happy with our new windows and we now feel as though we have a new house!

Installation process would benefit from regular quality control. Pre-installation could benefit from quality control on products before leaving warehouse.

Delighted with our new conservatory.
What a difference having a new conservatory built on the back of our home. Elite have done a fab job with the build. The design is perfect and the advice throughout the project was second to none. Cannot praise them enough. Brilliant job guys!!
