The product in many ways sold itself due to it‘s accreditation. Lakeland Verandahs provided excellent product support and technical backup from start to finish and worked with us on the unique issue of colour for the underside of the board. All parties involved from end client and contractor alike were very pleased.

All aspects from start to finish were excellent, including coming back to adjust the doors.

we are totally delighted with the overall experience from bon accord glass, from day one we were blown away with the professionalism from the salesman to the inspector to the installers and the builder, everyone was so professional and were there without me having to chase them up about anything......the only down side was the mess the roofline guys left but apart from that we are totally happy with the workmanship......will definitely recommend bon accord glass to our friends and family.

Our experience using lakeland verandahs from initial measuring to completion was extremely professional. The quality of materials and workmanship is second to none and the two gentleman that fitted the verandah, Dave and Matty, were excellent with nothing being too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending lakeland to anyone.

We had used Pennine before, many years ago, and so contacted them (amongst other installers) for some new work on a different property. The initial visit to talk through the options etc was very helpful, their representative was pleasant, professional and made no attempt to sell us more than we required - a good sign in my opinion! Pennine impressed with their openness and use of good quality products. The installation team of two men arrived on time (even though the location was remote) and were excellent in every respect. They worked together as a team, rapidly, efficiently and tidily, clearing up afterwards and removing all of the unwanted waste. The work was completed far more easily and much more quickly than we had supposed. Since the installation we have experienced at least two named storms...all is watertight and windproof, and we have noticed a huge improvement in the warmth of the house following the installation. We have been delighted with the service provided by Pennine, and would not hesitate to recommend the company.
