I only required one window to be replaced, from start to finish I was dealt with very professionally, everything was explained very clearly as to what to expect at every stage. The two lads who installed the window done an excellent job and every thing was cleared up inside and outside and no cleaning was required by me. They explained how the window operated and showed me the work that the builder would be round to carry out. The builder came in and completed the work leaving every thing once again clean and tidy, payment method was simple and received my guarantee and care package within a day of making the payment. At every stage I was very pleased with the service I received, if I need to replace my other windows or doors at a latter date would have no hesitation in using Bon Accord Glass again and certainly will recommend them to other people.

We had bifold doors installed in our dining room. From start to finish the Bon Accord Glass team (sales, planning, engineering, installation and follow up) were very pleasant, professional, supportive, reactive and very hard working. On the day of installation the temperatures were around 22deg. The guys worked nonstop throughout the installation, from first thing in the morning until completion early evening. The professionalism and quality of workmanship was second to none. Also the quality of the product is outstanding. There were only 2 minor snagging issues which were both assessed by a personal visit by the manager. They were fixed in a very short timeframe with no fuss whatsoever. Again an example of Bon Accord Glass professionalism. Absolutely value for money, we couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience and quality of the end product, ( 5 Star).

My husband and I have been more than pleased with the attention and workmanship we received from staff at 5Star from showroom staff, sales advisor, workmen and office staff. All staff gave us the most consideration especially under the current COVID 19 restrictions! We aappreciated all they did!

Altogether a great experience getting a new front door and patio doors from Mitchell's Glass. The communication and organisation was excellent. The fitters were very friendly, considerate, on time and detailed in their work. A slight improvement was needed and was dealt with very quickly. Even though we all had to wait due to covid, once it was possible again, everything was reorganised and carried on as before. Really pleased with the work. Thank you.

Two gents from Pennine visited my home today to repair a leaking roof in the Conservatory.
The appear to have done a very thorough and comprehensive job and touch wood the problem will have been solved. They worked very efficiently and professionally and were very courteous and respectful. 10/10 for customer service Pennine.

Just an issue with 4 windows where the Georgian bar is pushing the frame up so causing a slight jam - engineer arranged to fix. Very pleased otherwise.
