Initial installation performed very poorly. Several problems including the sliding door being bent making it impossible to close without loud bang and shaking frame. All fixed month later.

Kept up to date about delivery and installation. Extremely pleased with door. I am a returning customer.

I previously used this company before and had no hesitation in contacting them again when I wanted more work done.

Despite covid delays, once able to commence the work proceeded at a good steady rate while keeping us fully informed of its progress and the following work so that we were able to live a relatively uninterrupted life during the construction. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to keep us advised or to ask us concerning detailed choices - i.e. placing of sockets/radiator/type of flooring etc. Without exception the various people involved in the work exhibited good humour even on occasions of extremely bad weather. I have absolutely no hesitation in saying that I would recommend ERG to anyone. I would say in passing that I have had work of other nature done by this company which has left me with the same feeling. One other thing is that I have literally lost count already of the number of times that neighbours & passers-by have remarked on its compatibility with the main part of the house, which also reflects a great deal on the advices given to me in the pre-planning stages.

A difficult one to organise due to covid restrictions and delays in production out with Mitchell’s control but I felt the team dealt with the issue as best they could and understood our concerns when they arose. Flexible and helpful. As returning Customers we remain pleased with the service.

Amazing from start to finish. Can not recommend bon accord enough. Sales team are fab and after sales are fantastic. The workmen are friendly. Would not go anywhere else!
