Looks lovely and find we use it more than ever. From start to finish, workmen were fantastic, highly recommend.

There was a problem with an incorrectly fitted spacer causing heat warping in one door window pane, but it was replaced fairly quickly although we had to chase it up.

Two new exterior doors to replace ones at least 70 years old, we have had 5 Star windows before and found them excellent.

We found them to be a good company to buy from and are very pleased with the conservatory.

I ordered a composite front door and side panels. It was a very efficient service from staff who knew their stuff. Julie talked me through the options when we visited the show room and I came home with brochures to look through. They were very efficient sending out my quote and revised quote when I saw something I liked more. The gentleman arrived at the correct appointment time to do the accurate measurements and sign the contract. The fitters were very polite and fitted the door and panels with efficiency. The payment process was easy to do and explained clearly. I would definitely have further work done through Orion and I would recommend to my friends and family.

Although covid did prolong order to installation time, it was 2 weeks after the allotted date as the glass went missing.

i had a new double glazed door and window fitted,the fitters were very polite and helpful,they worked quickly and were very skilled in what they did,they were replacing a door i ad fitted a few years ago and had warped with gaps all around,i was pleasantly surprised at the quote i had from their representative,and most pleased at the finished job,it was much bette r quality than the original.it would be helpful if prepaid envelope were supplied to return the warranty and other documentation.i have already told my family and friends about 5 star ,i highly recommend them
