The only complaint is the lack of pre paid...
The only complaint is the lack of pre paid addressed envelopes to return such things as guarantees paperwork etc. This detracts from an otherwise excellent service.

The sales process was great, very professional and the price was good. We ordered just before Covid so expected to be impacted and didn't mind waiting. We were given an installation date and what followed was a catalogue of issues- incomplete work, sloppy finish, installers not turning up twice and communication was very poor. To fit 3 aluminium windows took 6 appointments! We accept Covid caused difficulties but felt they over promised and under delivered, we did end up raising a complaint that was dealt with well. Now that the work is complete it looks great but the experience we had was really disappointing unfortunately. I hope once Covid impact has settled they get back on track as they do seem like a good local business with the customer at heart I just think we hit a bad patch for the business due to covid.

Minor issues dealt with in a quick responsible manner, the issue being dirt trapped between the glass panes, inspector agreed and replacement being expedited at the earliest convenience
