We had our conservatory roof replaced August 2020. Really happy with the end result and the fitters were excellent; their punctuality, manners, and workmanship was excellent. Our roof was quite a complex job because the conservatory is attached to a bay so the roof had to be designed and fitted to a curved wall. The communication from administration before and after installation let them down. After paying our deposit there was a long time without any communication. As this was at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic we were worried that they may have ceased trading. After chasing them several times we did receive contact and were relieved that they were still operating. Communication during installation was very good. We were not totally happy with the plasterer; punctuality, workmanship and end result were not to the same standard as the rest of the project. And again we were let down by communication as a complaint I put in writing about the standard of work by the plasterer was not acknowledged. I know my letter of complaint was received because I received an item I had requested by return post.

This is the second time we have used Clearview. We previously had an orangery fitted. So when we decided to replace the other windows and the front door, we went straight to Clearview. We received excellent service and the fitters Mark and John were brilliant. They left everywhere clean and tidy and spent the time to explain all of the features.

Initial contact was good because it's only this year that premier Windows have been able to provide powder coated Aluminium. But as it turned out we had a family bereavement and had to postpone till this year.

Only issues I had related to the scaffolders, I have discussed this with West Yorkshire Windows.
