I've had Bon Accord Glass install my conservatory and more recently my windows and doors and planning a new kitchen with them too.




I find dealing with them a very pleasant smooth, stress-free experience. From the advisors and sales people to the fitters and tradesmen, the whole team have a very customer focused attitude and there is no pressure at any stage of the process, the customer is always in charge of the outcome.

During the installations, the workmen were flexible and pleasant to allow myself and my daughter to continue working from him during this time of covid and worked tirelessly through all weathers to get the job done and finished in the time they said they would. Very happy customer with the experience and recommend Bon Accord to friends all the time !

Despite ours being a very difficult project - not least because of ongoing building work - the team accomodated our needs and actually had probably their longest job ever. Covid didnt help! Anyway, we are delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend 5 Star.

Brilliant service from first meeting to installation.

Difficult job as building on existing old foundation. Worked through very poor weather. Very good.

Our French Doors were fitted today by Steve and Jack and they worked quickly and efficiently and the fitting is excellent. The site was left tidy and rubbish taken away. Even the singing was entertaining! Couldn't ask for a better service. Just waiting on the hook and eyes to complete the job, as there was an oversight in these not being given to the fitters.

13 weeks wait for installation. many promised phone calls never happened. First date; van broke down; second date; couldn't do work due to surveyor error. Fitted at 3rd attempt.
