Very good.

However communication was very poor from the start we always had to chase them for information. We had no shows and job half finished and we had to chase and get answers regarding what was happening. A pity because the windows look great but we did not need the extra stress chasing up all the time.

Had new windows put in today by two fitters who arrived before breakfast and worked solidly through to mid afternoon to finish the job and the site was left clean.The product is really good and has undoubtedly lifted the look of that part of the house. I would use Eden again in the future.

I had two triple glazed windows and a new front door fitted from 5 star windows. During the install one of the installers noticed the door had been splashed with some kind of laquer which could not be cleaned off. This appeared to have been splashed on it whilst in transit or storage. After a further inspection it was decided to replace the whole door panel which meant the whole process took longer than expected. I'm very happy with the finished installation. The whole house is much much cosier.

The two installers were both very proficient, friendly and went about the job very well.

The quality of the door is exceptional, and the team who did the fitting were thoroughly organised and really
pleasant. When they finished there was very little dust, which pleased my wife!

We had two doors and 5 windows replaced. Excellent service from start to finish. We were kept informed of progress pre-installation, and on the days of installation, the guys were efficient, hard-working and polite. Highly recommended.

Overall experience very good in the current difficult climate. Just one or two problems and delays, as well as the initial supply of the wrong doorknocker, also the time constraint on the two excellent installers was such that I had subsequently to clear a large number of screws from my driveway - these could have caused expensive damage to vehicles/
