Initial contact was good because it's only this year that premier Windows have been able to provide powder coated Aluminium. But as it turned out we had a family bereavement and had to postpone till this year.

Only issues I had related to the scaffolders, I have discussed this with West Yorkshire Windows.

I decided to get a quote for a new conservatory and made the enquiry on their website. There response was terrific, lead time was good the conservatory was even better and bigger than imagined it would be. Thanks guys for all the advice - you were spot on with everything you recommended.

I find dealing with them a very pleasant smooth, stress-free experience. From the advisors and sales people to the fitters and tradesmen, the whole team have a very customer focused attitude and there is no pressure at any stage of the process, the customer is always in charge of the outcome.

During the installations, the workmen were flexible and pleasant to allow myself and my daughter to continue working from him during this time of covid and worked tirelessly through all weathers to get the job done and finished in the time they said they would. Despite ours being a very difficult project - not least because of ongoing building work - the team accomodated our needs and actually had probably their longest job ever. Covid didnt help! Anyway, we are delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend 5 Star.
