Chose amber to fit my front windows and i am glad I did. The fitter was very polite and made no mess either. Top job and the windows are good quality with 20 year guarantee. Highly recommended 

The end product is excellent, but the build process has been fraught with issues. Poor customer services, and the communication between all the various builders/installers and 5-Star and with us was appalling. There were too many problems and issues coupled with a lack of understanding of the importance of good customer relations.

Orion offered a prompt service: we were impressed by the gentleman who came out to quote and we were offered a date for the work to start in less than three weeks. The advertising booklet was much better than the other firms we contacted; it was very clear about the products and gave excellent detail. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was good value for money. The workmen were friendly and helpful. They were also tidy and cleaned up after themselves very well. 

The end product for all the work that was completed is excellent and we are very happy with all the work that was completed. Clearly the quality and suitability of the products are very important and again we are very pleased with all the windows, doors and paint work. We still, on leaving our house, turn round and admire the splendid end product.

We initially experienced difficulties with locking and unlocking doors and with windows blowing further open overnight but your staff have been first class in making necessary adjustments and explaining to us what we need to do.
The overall completion of the work took more time than originally intended. The weather takes some of the blame but there were some mistakes made when planning the shape of some of the windows. and as a consequence some of the windows needed to be remade. That mistake apart we were delighted with the skills of your work force. When you are spending a lot of time with new people in your home and particularly at a time when the virus is presenting new challenges, the characteristics of your workforce are important. All the staff who passed through were very skillful and they responded very helpfully to our questions and requests. They were excellent in the way they managed their work and their time in someone elses home. You ask about the key elements we like. Hopefully above, we have described many aspects of the work but ultimately it is all about the end product and we both love that.

Having been let down by other companies by them not contacting us or giving us quotes, we tried Orion. Orion made it a hassle free experience, with a quick turnaround. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, also offering a very competitive price.

The whole team at Orion have been outstanding. There were no pushy salesmen, the person who came to discuss, measure and quote for the windows to the guys who came to do the window fittings. With follow up calls to check we were happy with the work. They have all been more than helpful, prompt, polite, clean and tidy in their workmanship with a high level of care throughout.

From start to finish the whole process was stress free. From the outset when making our choices we were well advised and felt under no pressure whatsoever. The windows and door were fitted over 4 days and the fitters could not have been more polite, professional and hard working. There were a few snagging issues that needed to be resolved but these were done without fuss and in quick time. We did not have to pay the balance until everything had been finished and we are delighted with the look and quality of the windows we chose. We are pleased that we decided to go with a local company and backed by a 20 year warranty.

Straight forward company, no pressure salesman. Fitters ok. A couple of minor snagging issues which I will contact the company about. The windows and door look great though.
