Only criticism would be that the surveyor did not perform a thorough review resulting in challenges during installation.

Very friendly and respectful staff throughout and very happy with the quality of the products. The guy who did the survey was knowledgable and offered advice as appropriate. Only thing I would have added was a courtesy call a day or two in advance to answer final questions e.g. didn’t know what time to expect the fitters on the first day, also the fitters didn’t give names and I would have appreciated an introduction.

Everything about our experience with the Permaframe shop in Frome was easy and enjoyable. The show room really allows you to get a feel for the products and the sales team were knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The quotation was very quick and easy to adjust once we knew the ball park figure. The measuring appointment was carried out on time and professionally. The fitting of the windows was superb. I went to work each morning and each evening I came home to perfectly fitted windows and a pristinely clean house. On the day the fitters finished you would honestly not know that they had been there... except, of course, for the lovely new windows! We have had the windows for a year now. There have been absolutely no issues. Everything works perfectly. We used to hate the exterior view of our house but the new windows have really improved the appearance of the house and the way we feel about it. Being stuck in lockdown for months at a time would have driven me mad if I had been looking at our old windows but the new windows make me smile every time I sit in the garden and look back at the house. Even better than all of that, is the difference the new Permaframe windows have made to the warmth of our house. There are no drafts and even in the winter we barely turn on the heating because the windows are so efficient. I cannot recommend Permaframe highly enough.

This is the third time engaging West Yorkshire Windows. The prospect of replacing all the windows and doors at once was quite daunting so we asked West Yorkshire Windows to replace our back door when it started to stick. They did a great job then and shortly afterwards our patio door got stuck closed and West Yorkshire Windows replaced them too again doing a great job.

So when we decided to get all the windows and front door replace, West Yorkshire Windows were the obvious choice. John and Steve did a great job and worked tirelessly across 4 days. They arrived promptly and talked us through what they were doing each day and listened to our requests bout the order of fitting the windows to keep disruption to a minimum.

Our Postman has said it's like coming to a completely different house. The front door is much more modern looking and new windows are a delight. I have no hesitation in recommending West Yorkshire Windows.

Excellent service from initial quote to installation . Team arrived as arranged and worked solidly throughout 2 days to finish our windows and bi-fold doors . Extremely professional installation and rooms and exterior of property left clean and tidy each day . One tiny issue with a handle sorted very promptly . Friendly staff and would highly recommend using Orion . 

This is the second time I have used the company and once again I'm really happy with the whole service provided, from consultation to installation. From a price point of view the company remains very competitive.

Amber recently installed a complete new roofline, replaced all  16 external windows  and 3 external doors. Given the size of the installation, I was expecting it to be very expensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how competitive the pricing was. The whole process, from the sales director visiting me at home to offer some advice, the surveyors visit to measure up and the installation work itself was very well organised. They kept me informed every step of the way.

I am extremely pleased with the results, it has given my house a fantastic face lift. The products are excellent. The 2 man installation team was outstanding. They arrived every day bang on time and worked their socks off! They were expected to take 6 working days to complete the installation but they managed to finish in 5 days which gave me the weekend to tidy up. Not that I had much to do as the guys cleared away every day leaving very little mess.

I did have an issue with my new front door when after it had been in for a few weeks it settled and I found it difficult to lock the handle. I called the customer services team, it was a Friday, and they arranged for the maintenance engineer to come round later that day who adjusted the keeps so now my door works perfectly. They even arranged for another engineer to visit me the following Monday morning to check everything was ok. Brilliant customer service, well done Amber. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
