We have just had our 23 year old conservatory replaced by Pennine and are over the moon with quality and workmanship. The new aluminium roof looks fantastic and the room feels much warmer.
We also chose to have 2 column heaters installed on the corners which are very discreet and give a lovely warmth to the room on an evening. They aren’t cheap but worth every penny and only need to be on for 10 mins to warm the room up.

I was very impressed with the care they took to ensure a really good fitting. They cleared everything away and the door looks lovely. I have dealt with West Yorkshire Windows for ten years and have always been pleased with their products; their after sales service has always been excellent.

The door was installed with incorrect glass ordered. New glass was chased up by myself as no contact from orion. Now sorted.

We never had the opportunity to properly provide feedback – but we remain very pleased with the work and service and wanted to pass this on.

From order to fitting was much quicker than expected given the current situation. And this was greatly welcomed.
Updates provided leading up to the start date. And works completed in a few days. Then a follow up just to check everything was okay.

We are extremely pleased with the Front Door we had fitted. The two gentleman who carried out the work were very professional and when the work was finished they left our premises in a very clean condition.

Absolutely amazing service -Julie so helpful and professional and when Gordon came out he managed to get the problem with my door sorted like brand new - highly recommend this company.

Great service and we are really happy with the Conservatory. The teams doing the work did an amazing job and worked hard to try and get it done in the allotted time, even with the snow and cold weather.
If I had one criticism would be the lack of communication as to when the guys would be turning up, as a suggestion only to improve communication from the office to the customer once works start.
