Excellent service from initial quote to installation . Team arrived as arranged and worked solidly throughout 2 days to finish our windows and bi-fold doors . Extremely professional installation and rooms and exterior of property left clean and tidy each day . One tiny issue with a handle sorted very promptly . Amber recently installed a complete new roofline, replaced all  16 external windows  and 3 external doors. Given the size of the installation, I was expecting it to be very expensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how competitive the pricing was. The whole process, from the sales director visiting me at home to offer some advice, the surveyors visit to measure up and the installation work itself was very well organised. They kept me informed every step of the way.

I am extremely pleased with the results, it has given my house a fantastic face lift. The products are excellent. The 2 man installation team was outstanding. They arrived every day bang on time and worked their socks off! They were expected to take 6 working days to complete the installation but they managed to finish in 5 days which gave me the weekend to tidy up. Not that I had much to do as the guys cleared away every day leaving very little mess.

I did have an issue with my new front door when after it had been in for a few weeks it settled and I found it difficult to lock the handle. I called the customer services team, it was a Friday, and they arranged for the maintenance engineer to come round later that day who adjusted the keeps so now my door works perfectly. They even arranged for another engineer to visit me the following Monday morning to check everything was ok. Brilliant customer service, well done Amber. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chose amber to fit my front windows and i am glad I did. The fitter was very polite and made no mess either. Top job and the windows are good quality with 20 year guarantee. Highly recommended 

The end product is excellent, but the build process has been fraught with issues. Poor customer services, and the communication between all the various builders/installers and 5-Star and with us was appalling. There were too many problems and issues coupled with a lack of understanding of the importance of good customer relations.

Orion offered a prompt service: we were impressed by the gentleman who came out to quote and we were offered a date for the work to start in less than three weeks. The advertising booklet was much better than the other firms we contacted; it was very clear about the products and gave excellent detail. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was good value for money. The workmen were friendly and helpful. They were also tidy and cleaned up after themselves very well. 

The end product for all the work that was completed is excellent and we are very happy with all the work that was completed. Clearly the quality and suitability of the products are very important and again we are very pleased with all the windows, doors and paint work. We still, on leaving our house, turn round and admire the splendid end product.

We initially experienced difficulties with locking and unlocking doors and with windows blowing further open overnight but your staff have been first class in making necessary adjustments and explaining to us what we need to do.
The overall completion of the work took more time than originally intended. The weather takes some of the blame but there were some mistakes made when planning the shape of some of the windows. and as a consequence some of the windows needed to be remade. That mistake apart we were delighted with the skills of your work force. When you are spending a lot of time with new people in your home and particularly at a time when the virus is presenting new challenges, the characteristics of your workforce are important. All the staff who passed through were very skillful and they responded very helpfully to our questions and requests. They were excellent in the way they managed their work and their time in someone elses home. You ask about the key elements we like. Hopefully above, we have described many aspects of the work but ultimately it is all about the end product and we both love that.

Having been let down by other companies by them not contacting us or giving us quotes, we tried Orion. Orion made it a hassle free experience, with a quick turnaround. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, also offering a very competitive price.

From start to finish the whole process was stress free. From the outset when making our choices we were well advised and felt under no pressure whatsoever. The windows and door were fitted over 4 days and the fitters could not have been more polite, professional and hard working. There were a few snagging issues that needed to be resolved but these were done without fuss and in quick time. We did not have to pay the balance until everything had been finished and we are delighted with the look and quality of the windows we chose.
