Used Eden windows many times - very good products- Kevin fitted our sash windows- good standard of workmanship, - left room tidy and took rubbish away - Had to wait some while before fitting after survey, but Eden seem very busy after lockdown.

I'd seen a few negative reviews so I was apprehensive about using Pennine. However a good friend of mine recommended them having had a conservatory installed last year. They were over the moon with it.
The sales process was straight forward. Everything was explained in good detail about the product, process and lead times etc.
The installation didn't go completely as planned. Most trades did the work on the days planned, but the windows and Roof were delayed by a few days. However this didn't cause me any problem as I was notified in advance and I was working from home at the time.
I'm not one for standing over workers at my house (as I know some people are). I just let them get on with it. If it wasn't for the noise I wouldn't have know they were there. At the end of the day everything was packed away and left in a neat and tidy fashion.
The quality of the build and product looks to a high standard. So far everything is working as it should. No leaks or damp patches etc.
I would definitely use again.

Very pleased with final result. A few bumps in the road to get there and snagging took a while to get completed which was frustrating. COVID, and the poor winter weather made the timeline to get started and completed longer than we would have liked but to be fair these were outside of Orion’s control. It was helpful having Orion take responsibility for the overall project including the planning application, although they were let down at times by the lack of communication by their subcontractors which meant we had to do some chasing. Having many years experience in the construction industry did help in agreeing onsite queries and understanding the processes being carried out, but it would not have been essential.

Fantastic customer service from obtaining a quote to final fitting. No hard sales. Sales person was very knowledgeable and explained the product and process clearly. The office kept us informed of any changes and fitting date. The staff in the office were friendly, polite and very helpful. Window fitters arrived in time and completed the work to a high standard. They were also very tidy, polite and friendly. After sales contacted us after fitting to check our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the installation of our new door the quality, fitting, lock and service has been first class.

Having had excellent service from Bon Accord Glass previously when we had a kitchen installed we decided to use them once again to have a new front door and small window installed. We haven't been disappointed. The level of service has matched our previous experience. We were given good advanced warning of the installation date and the two installers turned up exactly as planned. They were really nice guys who respected our property and were very polite. They made a great job of the installation and were careful to tidy up on completion. All in all we are very happy with the services provided by Bon Accord Glass and will undoubtedly use them again in the future. We'd also have no hesitation in recommending Bon Accord Glass to family and friends. Thanks.

Fantastic service from start to completion

My windows and front door were installed within a few hours. No mess and speedy. The installer was funny and pleasant. 

Despite my new door being ordered and fitted in the middle of a pandemic, Pennine made the whole process as easy and uncomplicated as possible. The first sales Person talked me through the options with great care and made sure I-was aware all the details . The surveyor who came was very thorough and courteous and painstaking in his work. The two gentlemen who fitted the door were courteous and took great pains top do a good job.
The door is very strong and the locking system very secure . It also looks very good and adds to the appearance of the house. I’m glad I went to Pennine as the product and service were of a very high standard
