We were a bit apprehensive about having new windows during this pandemic but were quickly put a ease by the all-round professional service from Eden, from the initial sales contact to the invitation to the show room to the installation of the windows all very professional carried out, even a mix up with glass pattern from our part was taken on board and put right at no extra cost.

We recently bought a new back door from Bon Accord Glass and I have to say, from start to finish the service was exemplary. From our initial appt to get measured up to the customer care during the process to the eventual installation, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Given the situation at the time, with the pandemic, the time it took was fair. A special mention must go to the installation which was completed quickly and looks absolutely fantastic.
