Work carried out quickly and efficiently. Pleased with the products chosen.  Some wider trim required to cover gap between door frame and original floor. Some window buttons to allow windows to be moved to allow cleaning from the inside are too stiff and require a screw driver to move them. Unfortunately we found some old screws lying in the gravel parking area from the old windows, probably when loading the van with the waste.

Really happy with the overhaul experience of choosing windows to them being fitted. Every member of staff I have spoken with have been professional and helpful.

We were really happy with the service. The sales team were friendly and helpful. The installation went smoothly, though the pointed out a mark on a pane of glass that needed to be replaced.
We got a letter to confirm the date of our rectification and this proceeded without any issues.
We are really happy with the product and would use clearview again.

We had an external door fitted and the whole process went very smoothly from the initial quote through to the installation.
The quality of the workmanship was great and the area was left tidy afterwards with the old door taken away.

decided to replace my front door as there was a howling gale coming through old one. had meeting with rep...decided on door style.. got very good price quoted so ordered it there and then. door was fitted last Tuesday while i was away working and must say i came home to a lovely new door and frame and a clean lobby... cant recommend company enough and will be ordering my new back door when finances permit

We have been a Pennine customer for over a year now and, whilst there have been little challenges along the way, due to Covid 19 restrictions and impact, we have found all the staff that we have come into contact with, whether they have been sales and office administration staff or members of the building and installation teams, to be courteous, very helpful and highly competent in their own roles/fields.

We have been enjoying our beautiful new orangery for a year now and friends and family absolutely love it! This was a significant investment for us and it has made a huge difference. We’ve enjoyed it so much that we have spent most of our time at home in this beautiful new living space! We also replaced our old front door with a modern composite door and side window panels last July and today Pennine have completed the installation of our new French Doors, in a finish to match the orangery. Connor and his team mate, Dean were just brilliant today, going the extra mile and working tirelessly in the heat to complete the work to a very high standard!

Orion replaced our old timber back door with a half glazed uPVC door. The surveyor came as requested and then inside a month the job was installed in about 2 hours by a really friendly and efficient fitter. The whole experience was excellent, thank you.

Our fitter Kevin was on time.He was very professional in his work the doors look great,he cleared everything away afterwards.

We were very impressed with the Kidderminster showroon and the reception staff who answered every question we asked.

Salesman's appoinment was booked, he arrived on time, was definitely not pushy, explained every thing to us and when requested gave us an acceptable quote.
Installation, although delayed by a few days, was expertly carried out with due care, resulting in a job we are very pleased with.

Things went great at the start, right products, fantastic price, the salesman was ace, explained everything in great detail. The deal was a 'no brainer, at that bargain price, having checked out the opposition.
The surveyor measured up, explained the slight complication to our setup, being an older property! The original window frames had a sash box set up, which had been modified by previous owners, and a framework had been installed, hiding over the mechanics. He advised that the frame should remain in situ, thus reducing the complication, and simplifying the fitting. Definitely, the way to go, easy fit, window out, window in, no problem!
NO such luck!
The frames supplied turned out to be too big, and wouldn't fit in the existing framework, so they couldn't be fitted on the day! There then followed a period of visits from the surveyor, etc, trying to decide who was at fault!
We eventually decided that the way forward was to accept the frames as supplied, but this involved removing the existing sash box frames, thus creating even more work than intended. A plasterer had to be involved to reinstate the surrounding window frame, and so we had to endure even more mess! Both windows had this treatment!
In fairness to '5 Star', they persevered throughout, and even though the job was drawn out, we couldn't fault the workmen. They made sure they cleaned up, every time! The resulting job was fantastic!
Thank you 5-star windows, we hiccupped along the way, but the final result was worth every penny, well done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company!
