I have given 5 stars for the quality of the bow window, composite door and workmanship of the fitters. Everyone who worked on the project was exceptional, from the bricklayers and fitters through to the Project Administrator who managed everything with the utmost professionalism. I would use Pennine again in the future because of the quality of the product and the workmanship of the fitters.

We have just had 12 new windows and a front door with side panels fitted by Pennine Windows. We are extremely satisfied with the windows and door. They look even better than we hoped. Three of the windows, above a large conservatory and a large dormer window, were in tricky positions but the installation was carried out expertly. They impressed us with their attention to detail and high standard of workmanship. They also left the rooms and outside areas very clean and tidy - a good job well done.

We had an amazing team of fitters to install our windows. The first team , Ross and Richie, were here and installed a bay window and several others at the back of the house. They were very efficient, courteous and friendly and worked hard to complete the job- staying way later than they needed to ensure the work was finished before they left. 
The next team that arrived, Lee and Ryan, were also brilliant and very efficient, and their attention to detail , on what was a less than easy job, was second to none. They worked tirelessly and the end results were superb. They left everywhere clean and tidy before they left. They too were very friendly, polite and are complete professionals in what they do. 
We have been very happy with the whole experience and the fitters are to be congratulated on the quality of their work. It was a pleasure to have them here.

The fitters were excellent and they always turned up early or at the time arranged. All areas were left clean and tidy every day and particularly care was taken where neighbours were concerned. Recently 5 Star windows supplied and fitted three exterior doors at a reasonable cost. All three doors were fitted in one day to a high standard by a fitter and his assistant. Everything about the process was explained to me and when the fitters departed they left everywhere clean and tidy. The doors are of excellent quality and are fitted with top of the range locks.

We needed a new back door after ours was in a poor state, we tried 5 star windows since a showroom was nearby and the service was friendly and quick. The door was installed quickly and to a high standard and we are very happy with the result. I know who to see when we need any other work done from now on.

We were very pleased with this installation from start to finish. The salesman took a lot of trouble to discuss the various options with us and prepared computer diagrams which were very helpful. The time between ordering and installation was as agreed at the time of ordering and the installation was clean and efficient. We are delighted with the result.
