We cannot thank 5 Star enough for their service, advice, products and installation, which are superb. We had a new side door and window installed to our garage. With our garage being a composite concrete construction a number of companies said they couldn't help us but 5 Star came out, looked at the works required and produced a plan to make it work. All the checks they carried out were fantastic and we cannot fault the guy who came to install the products. He was so professional and happy to talk through with us what he was doing etc.
Thank you so much 5 Star for a very robust product which makes our garage so much more secure and for achieving what others couldn't. Would highly recommend and will certainly return should I require any more doors and windows.

We have used Pennine several times previously and once again we were not disappointed. Front windows and front door were replaced last week as well as extensive work in the porch. Once again the installation went smoothly and any problems encountered were quickly solved by the fitters Chris and Andy due to their experience, skill and professionalism.

The measure of a Company is tied to how it deals with issues and there were many issues during the project to replace our doors, windows, guttering and cladding, all of which the 5star team did their best to overcome. Admittedly, many of the problems were caused by supply chain issues , staffing shortages and the COVID environment. 5-star were impacted by these issues which led to too many delays and obvious communication issues/processes  internally.
That said, we are very happy with the end result and it was worth the angst. 
Sometimes difficult to get to the right person .
Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend 5-star against the ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ firms.

Very bad telephone manner and not interested in the job which was a simple velux window. Alarm bells went off as they mentioned my wife and the mortgage. I wanted a window not a loan, so guess that is why they were not interested.
Unprofessional cowboys stay away, lots of bad reviews on other sites.

New job back door looks great had a feel problems with scratched glass and door not shutting but can't complain as they have sent other fitter to change glass and rectify the shutting so all good now so happy to recommend as I know Orion will all ways come back to help and fix.

To have our patio doors replaced from some rickety old and broken aluminium sliding doors to a modern smooth opening set of bi-folds was ensured to be  worlds different in anyones eyes, but the efficacy and detail of 5 Star’s team has given our lounge, if not our house, a much need update. Every step from concept to completion was well communicated and explained fully. We love our new doors! Thank you.

I can honestly say that every single person from visual, that was involved in my project, from the initial visit by the salesman to the joiner who fit the final door connecting the orangery to the original kitchen, was professional polite and more importantly skilled in whatever trade they were responsible for. Having major works carried out during a national pandemic, with a major shortage of materials and issues with tradesmen having to self-isolate, could have been a nightmare but thanks to the coordination from the two supervisors everything went relatively smoothly. There were some delays which were out of their control but I was kept constantly in the loop and never had any concerns about the progress. I was also impressed with the follow-up phone calls to get feedback and check that I was happy at each stage. Visual did not try to cut costs. All the fixtures and fittings from the sliding doors to the sockets and light switches were of a high quality. There were also times when they went above and beyond. As an example part of the contract involved converting a door to a window and when they removed the doorstep outside it left a patch of dry earth so the builder went out and sourced some sets to match the drive and laid them for me at no extra cost My neighbours and even the builders, that are now fitting my new kitchen, are impressed so all I can say is thank you to every single one of you who were involved. I would certainly recommend

We had a new solid conservatory roof and windows to replace our old conservatory .From the initial start to completion was very good, we was not pressured to sign by the salesman Steve who went into great detail about their product. The fitters Mark and Steve did an exceptional job throughout and worked hard. Customer service was good. From plastering to the electrician went smoothly to the final fix by Howard. I have a good eye for detail and can be hard to please so I am thoroughly happy with the completion and would highly recommended their work.

Quote, measurement, installation very professional, smooth and the guys just got on with their job and cleaned up afterwards.  Extremely pleased with finished product.  Then....I had a problem with working the door lock.....this dampened the whole experience....the office staff couldn't advise/didn't log my call/didn't follow through.  After 3 days, a friend helped me out.  

TradeMark has installed a number of things for us including replacement windows and an orangery. The replacement front doors were as always excellent and we have had so many comments from people about how they have improved the look of our house. The process from door selection and ordering through to installation was very smooth and we were kept informed throughout. I would reccoment TrandMark and their products without hesitation.
