This was a replacement roof on an existing conservatory, replacing polycarbonate with glass. As with this type of project things are likely to be more difficult than starting fresh. The original glass panels were not quite correct but there was no hesitation in replacing them and adjusting the roof pattern to suit our requirements. This was done at a time when getting glass was difficult due to the pandemic so we are very grateful to 5 Star for sorting this out for us. Fitters and service were efficient and friendly.

I was recommended by a work colleague. I had several quotes but when I got a quote from Trademark, there was no pressure, they took the time to go through the chioices available and answered any questions I asked. I decided to use Trademark because more than anything else was the confidence they gave me in their products & also the service aspect. The windows were installed quickly and nothing was too much trouble and ther was no mess and the windows look absolutely fabulous. I was so impressed I went away and ordered a new door.

Have just had a full house of windows installed and am extremely pleased with the whole experience.  It was great that they have a large unique showroom to view their range of products.  Fitters arrived on time, worked well and took all the mess with them.  Can already notice the difference with the warmth of the rooms and less snooze from outside.  Very impressed!

The product is good but the installation was a nightmare.
After being told the installation was complete it took a further four hours work by a company fitter before missing parts were fitted and the roof was waterproof.

This is the second time I have had 5-star windows fitted. On each occasion was impressed by the quality of the product. The windows open and shut easily. The attention to detail was impressive.
I have triple glazing on my windows, and have always had difficulty with the old windows when unlocking and opening the windows as the central bar of the triple glazing obscures the central bar of the double glazing. This was not a problem for your fitter as he moved the central bar slightly off-centre, and now opening and shutting the windows is a joy. The fitters did a good job and were very tidy.
Altogether very pleased with my purchase.

We just want to say a big thank you for mending our front door. It had been a problem for quite some time. Your guy was quick and efficient. Its lovely not to have to worry about not being able to get into the house. Thanks again.

Let's start with why we chose Bon Accord.
Price, not the cheapest but the none pushy salesman made suggestions that improved both the total cost, and more importantly the ergonomics and style of the windows.
Timings, now Covid was delaying near enough everything, so dates for initial survey were done quicker than expected, as was the fitting date, which was completed a month before I expected.

Communications, always made well in advance and always clear and precise.

Installation, fitters arrived on time, nice touch was their initial introducing themselves by name.
The Team of fitters worked well together, no mess, no noise ( other than expected power tools) and once complete fully explained the operation of locks etc, and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Windows, better looking than expected. Noticeable improvement on sound deadening and heat loss, unable yet to pass comment on how they deal with high wind and heavy rain as so far its been relatively decent weather.

So finally, yes highly recommended.
