Trademark are an excellent company to have your windows replaced with. very professional with experienced fitters. The only downside is that having windows replaced could lead to additional brick dust in the rooms, but on the whole I would fully recommend their services

We have had a new composite front door and glazed side panels fitted by Bon Accord Glass. There was a human error made with the sizing of the door that was discovered during the first installation visit. The smaller door was fitted on a temporary basis whilst the correct size was re-ordered. This worked fine for a few weeks.

A few days ago the correct door was fitted efficiently in about 3 hours. We are very happy with it and the service provided despite the initial dissappointment. Very happy to use Bon Accord again for any window and door work.

I was given good sales advice before choosing the right type of conservatory roof materials, at the budget that I had agreed to, and their price promise was indeed honoured within the 90 day price hold period following the issue of the quotation letter.

There was a delay before installation, but not an unreasonable one under the current uncertain economic circumstances, and an installation programme was agreed, this did in fact change but not massively, you need to allow 1-2 weeks from start date to completion.

The contractors carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner, my only recommendation would be to ask 5 Star to ensure contractors advise you by text / phone call of their approximate arrival time in advance, so you can ensure you are at home.

Overall, I would recommend 5 Star as a reputable company, and I am pleased with the new construction in my home.
