From the initial quote to the final installation, communication was very good. During the quote we were given lots of options and everything was explained well. The door looked exactly as we had imagined, if not better. A very well built, good looking back door. The fitter was pleasant and tidy. Only downside was that there was a piece missing from the hinge and the fitter did not spot this, but this was sent out in the post quickly and easily fitted by myself. Would definitely use again.

Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. Installation team were very friendly and helpful and left no mess. Upon completing the install they noticed scratches on 2 of the windows that I didn't even see and arranged for new panes to be ordered and will be fitted soon. overall very happy with the whole service package.

We had our new front door with panels and also a stable door fitted today. The composite doors are top quality and the fitting by Dean and Joe was superb. Would highly recommend this company and Will definitely use again.

We have recently had our extension completed and we are absolutely delighted with the result. From the first meeting we were helped with ideas and advice for the design and what we ended up with was beyond anything that we thought was an option. The build in total took just over 6 weeks from start to finish. This was with certain building supplies being in short supply and having sometimes to wait for deliveries and also right in the middle of the 'pingdemic'. We were kept informed every step of the way. All the teams who worked on the project were really professional, they had worked for WYW for a long time and all had really high standards. Everything was tidied away and cleaned down after each visit. We were able to discuss any queries we had in real time and any inevitable problems that arose were dealt with quickly and effectively.
We couldn't be happier with the build and the way everything was managed during what was a difficult time for staff and supplies. We would recommend WYW without hesitation.

Ordered a conservatory. From beginning to end all staff were professional, on time and the project went very well. From salesman , builders, surveyors ,fitting teams,  electrician, plasterer and joiner all did an excellent job and were friendly and courteous. A special thank you should be given to The lady at  the York office who kept us informed of the progress of the project via both letter and telephone . She is a credit to your company with an excellent telephone  manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Orion to fit a conservatory.

Prompt and professional service through and through.

This is the second time I have used 5 Star Windows and in the intervening 12 years the same standards of quality, service and aftercare are clearly still in place.
The replacing of two exterior wooden doors on my garage and office extension and one rotten wooden window in the garage with new 5 Star products went smoothly and I'm delighted with the result.
The installation of the cladding on the roof of the garage and office provided more challenges but I was thoroughly involved in the discussions of how to proceed and the installation team were careful to ensure I would be happy with the end result. They were polite to my elderly neighbour when they needed to be on his property and cleaned up every scrap of rubbish.
I have deducted one star only becuase the cladding installation was tricky, combining a single brick garage wall with a double brick office extension and a stepped roofline, and I feel more communication between the site surveyor, myself and the installation team would have been better before work commenced.
This does not detract from the end result though and I am delighted with the finish and security I now have for my outbuildings.
