    Excellent service, really appreciated the "At Cost" upgrade to the kitchen door. Appearance of job is modern and high-class. Really delighted with the result. Will definitely be recommending West Yorkshire Windows and Doors.

    Prompt, efficient service as we had no secure doors on the property when we moved in and within 2 weeks new doors were installed giving us peace of mind to know our property was secure.

    Follow up service to sort out, I am still waiting for the FENSA certificate 5 weeks after installation and still need the service department to sort a fault.

    Too early to tell on "Quality" since we...

    Too early to tell on "Quality" since we needed to have a leak fixed. we are rather concerned about that. I told them we have spare time and they left broken/cracked items which we had replaced by another tradesman.

    Took far longer than it should have. Inaccurate...

    Took far longer than it should have. Inaccurate timescales didn't manage expectations and finished slow. Plasterer extended work to full time and could have done more to give complete finish . Interested in extra cash, excellent electrician.
