Second time we have used WY windows and we would recommend. Just a slight glitch as the window restrictors had not been fitted to the windows as per the order. One bay window was sorted on the same day and the fitters were due back on the Saturday but did not arrive. Awaiting contact from WY windows to confirm when this will be resolved. Overall satisfied with product and workmanship on site

The two installation engineers, Chris and Stuart, were excellent in their approach to the work proposed. Made us fully aware of work procedures they were to adopt . Then. They carried out their work, to completion, with the high standard of workmanship we had hoped for. In addition. Two scaffolders came and erected their apparatus appropriately and dismantled it on completion of the work. Without any inconvenience to ourselves.They too had a similar, good and positive attitude to the job in hand. All workmen minimised intrusion to us during the perod of installation .We should be pleased if you would convey our thanks to them all.
