Two weeks late starting - 6 weeks after so called completion to completely finish.

West Yorks Windows built an excellent quality conservatory/orangery with a high standard of workmanship, and quality of fittings, using some of their very good tradesmen, and some drafted in. I would also say the price was very competitive, and we had no 'hidden extras' to pay for. The advisor in the showroom was very good. However, unfortunately,the project management, communications, and logistics were at best poor, - so I would not recommend if you wanted continuity of work on a project taking more than a couple of days. Be prepared for delays as they have many jobs on the go at once. Work was often left uncompleted, and the guys were sent off to other sites due to various problems - leaving the project open to the elements, with us having to project manage (ring HO to get things done,and to get them to come back to finish jobs). Overall we are happy - excellent build quality with some very good tradesmen that do a good job, just some of the organisation from above let it down. In summary we would recommend on quality/construction/price/showroom experience, but not on Project Management/Communication/Logistics.

We were told new glass roof to conservatory was self cleaning. This is wrong and we feel let down by this. We have not taken it up with West Yorkshire Windows yet not had time. Wrong size conservatory windows brought, built wall too high, plus a couple more things.

Electricians could do better. Overall finish took 2 extra visits.
