Chose floor but then turned out not to be able to...
Chose floor but then turned out not to be able to fit, twice. original date fro installation could not be met and changed floor installed all wrong level & had to be redone despite me telling installation manager it was wrong. Electrics needed redoing as installed incorrectly. Could do with someone checking installation between stages as opposed to leaving to customer.

From start to finish the whole process was totally professional and exceeded expectations. James was superb and sold us on your company through his pragmatic and honest approach. His design ideas and thorough approach were a breath of fresh air compared to your competitors. The install process was well managed and we were kept up to date at all times. Contractors made rapid progress on site and I was amazed how quickly it all came together. The end product is outstanding and will change the way my family enjoys our home. Massive thanks.
