Our replacement conservatory turned into a much bigger job than we originally planned. Visual staff were always very punctual, and polite. They were happy to share their ideas and suggestions with us throughout the entire job. Given the many other tradesmen that were involved in the work, I was surprised, even pleasantly surprised on occasion how well the plan came together!! Yes we had little hiccups along the way, but anything we weren't quite happy with, someone always came back to sort it. Given our personal experience with Visual, we would be very happy to recommend them and the quality of their products to anyone.

This is the best company we have dealt with for major house projects over the last few years. All staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. All stages of the project from initial contact to completion were first class and stress free. Any issues which arose were all dealt with promptly and rectified. No hesitation in recommending to others and will use again if we have any similar projects.

We had a 4 x 4 Conservatory built & can say the overall workmanship was excellent & we are thrilled with the finish, would certainly recommend Visual.

Very impressed from the outset. All very exactly as planned. We were constantly updated with the progress and planned work. All accociated trades were excellent in all respects, all being polite, respectful and informative. Impressed by the level of quality assurance undertaken to ensure the quality of the work and ensure the next trade could take the project forward. Timescale excellent from our point of view, from initial showroom enquiry only 5 weeks to complete the project, despite the weather.
We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend the company to anyone.

This is the second time I have used this company...
This is the second time I have used this company and their workmanship is second to none. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Every single person, from sales, to trade professionals were so polite and the quality of work from start to completion was outstanding.
It was the quality service and professionalism that had me return after initially having a large window put in. I didn't want nor did I go anywhere else. The price was unbelievable, especially when you consider the tremendous finished product. It's the most beautiful Orangrey, completed to the highest of standards.
I will use visual again and again, if needed in future.

Hi Steve, just a few lines to let you know how happy we are with our new orangery, the whole project ran like clockwork from start to end. Nothing was too much trouble for all of your staff, each gang arrived as and when promised and worked very well even though the temperature was well below freezing at times.Maybe special thanks go to Graham the builder who applied a few little changes along the way as we kept changing our minds about things. All in all 10/10 for everyone for a good job well done. We will not hesitate to recommend your company to one and all.

A fantastic service and excellent standards by the fitting team that was only let down by poor communication from the office based staff. On two occasions incorrect dates were given which meant we lost 2 days of our own work waiting for contractors to turn up only to be informed that they were coming on a different day. At times the onsite teams were not sure if other contractors would be turning up (plumbing/gas engineer) and it was left for us as the client to phone the plumber direct and confirm his attendance.
