We had a new solid conservatory roof and windows to replace our old conservatory .From the initial start to completion was very good, we was not pressured to sign by the salesman Steve who went into great detail about their product. The fitters Mark and Steve did an exceptional job throughout and worked hard. Customer service was good. From plastering to the electrician went smoothly to the final fix by Howard. I have a good eye for detail and can be hard to please so I am thoroughly happy with the completion and would highly recommended their work.

Thank you so much the extension went as planned only delay was due to the plastering due to a shortage but only by a week Visual builders cleaned up and hosed down after they constructed the building . Staff were punctual,well mannered and tidy. They clearly showed their expertise and high standards of workmanship. I am extremely satisfied with Visual Conservatories, Windows & Doors and will certainly consider them for my replacement Front Door/Window.

The installers were not able to complete the fitting in one visit, as some beading was missing from their box of parts. It was a little annoying having to arrange a second visit.

Replacement of two upper storey windows. Carried out efficiently and expertly within the estimated time frame. Very good product, accompanied by excellent customer service and satisfaction.

From walking into the showroom to having the windows fitted it only took three weeks. They came to fit them on the worst winter day, blizzard conditions, snow thick on the ground and freezing cold. But this did not deter the fitters, they just got on with the job, and what a fine job they did. They cleaned up after themselves, it was as though they had never been here. From start to finish the overall process was excellent, I have and would recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to replace their windows.

A slight hiccup on one of the days that needed attention but they were very professional al and did what they promised promptly. They chased us not us chasing them which is a rarity in most trades let alone this type. They even replaced our broken steps to the conservatory free of charge as a good will gesture which was nothing to do with the original quote. What was once an extra space that had its usage has now become the focal point of the house. Would use gain once I have some more pennies.

THE BEST FIRM I HAVE DEALT WITH ALL THE GROUND WORK TO THE ERECTION WAS FIRST CLASS,UNFORTUNATELY BEFORE THEY COULD PUT THE FLOOR DOWN WE HAD A FLOOD AND WAS OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR 9 WEEKS,VISUAL SAID NOT TO WORRY AS THEY WOULD FINNISH THE JOB WHEN WE MOVED BACK HOME THEY PUT THE FLOOR IN THE CONSERVATORY AND ALSO THE SAME LAMINATE FLOOR IN OUR KITCHEN ALL THE WORK IS FIRST CLASS AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER EACH JOB,WE CAN ONLY SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL AT MIRFIELD BRANCH THANK YOU ALL -GEOFF&BRENDA
