We had our door fit first on the recommendation of my neighbour, we had a slight problem but this was sorted with no problem. We decided then to have the windows done and it was the best decision we made. The two fitters were a delight, polite, great workers no mess and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any body, infact my neighbours were so,taken with the windows and workmanship they are having there windows and doors done

As you can see from our ratings we are delighted with all aspects of the service we have received from Visual. From the first sales contact with Steve through Richard's survey and the installation process our dealings have been highly professional and courteous. We needed our conservatory installation completed at short notice and the Visual team pulled out all the stops to achieve this. Special mention to installers Gary and Alex who did a superb job, and extra thanks to Gary for coming in on Good Friday to ensure everything was completed on our deadline. Viva Visual!!!

7 am skip arrived, 8.30 Rob and others arrived on site, wasting no time dug out the footings. That was the theme through out the whole project. At every stage every one was very polite and professional. Every one cleaned up at the end of each day, ready for the next. The conservatory was complete ahead of expected projection. To a very high standard indeed.

From start to finish the whole process was seamless. All staff arrived on time and carried out their work with no disruption to ourselves. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. A wonderful and professional experience throughout the whole process and build. Initially requiring a new front door to replace a badly fitted one, which incidentally has immediately made significant changes - warmer and reduced fuel costs, to a tentative enquiry on a conservatory to the creation and build of this wonderful orangery. After being built (and tested) in some of the wettest weather on record, it was found to have a tiny ingress of water through a seal which was rectified immediately. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in this.

We have just had a Conservatory fitted. The organisation was First Class. All the Teams worked their timings to follow each other perfectly. We are delighted with the finished product. We wanted some unusual features but Visual took them in their stride. We have already had some Windows and a Composite Door fitted by Visual and are now saving for the next stage. Many thanks to all the people involved - it was a pleasure having you in our home.
