All staff from start to finish were helpfull,pleasant and you had the feeling they were their for you in a sincere way. This I have to say is most refreshing. The sales meeting went well and the date for fitting arranged very quickly. The old conservatory was demolished and the new conservatory was built in 3 days. Then due to difficult circumstances with electrical fittings it took a while to get the conservatory completed. We were completely happy with the workmen who came built the conservatory they worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. The conservatory is now in continual use instead of not used because of heat or cold, the conservatory one looks great.

From initial visit to showroom to completion of a large project including 11 windows,1 Bay window,2 High quality rock doors and an orangery. very nice staff, all very polite, you can bring anyone at any time to look around, I went to the showroom in Birstall but older persons might not want to go that far, so they are welcome to look around mine at ant time. we use the conservatory every day and recommend this company to anyone, Thank you Steve Cooper, Steve Brewer

We would definitely recommend Visual Conservatories. We were given excellent advice when purchasing the conservatory and doors. We couldn't fault any of the tradesmen that came, all were friendly and did a first class job. We have had positive remarks from everyone that has seen the conservatory and we have had quite a few comments about the quality of the plastering. All in all, a first class job from start to finish.

We had a conservatory from Visual about 9 years ago and have been very pleased with it and the afterservice. So, we chose Visual for our new windows and door - we knew the product would be good quality and we felt that the price was fair. The fitters arrived on the agreed day and time and they proved to be excellent in the way they went about their work, polite, accommodating, took real pride in the job and made the minimum of mess and disruption. The overall experience was excellent and we would be very happy to have Visual for any further home improvements. Our only slight criticism would be that there can sometimes be communication issues within the company.

We can honestly say every stage of the building of our orangery has been a pleasure. The workmen, Alan & Dean, John & Ben, Mark & Mark, Ben & Ryan, Brendan, Ian, Trevor, and Kevin have all done a wonderful job. Always on time and all very courteous. We felt in very good hands when we visited the showroom. All the work has gone smoothly. We have had visits during the building from Garry the building manager. We can highly recommend this firm, and I'm sure our friends and family can see for themselves the high quality of workmanship in our lovely orangery.

Did a great job in adverse weather conditions. These were the last three windows in our house prior to Visual had fitted bi fold doors, conservatory and 12 windows on a previous contract. Just the three doors to do once we have saved up!!.

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Really helpful and professional service from all of Visual staff, from Sales to Installation- would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
