Over the years Orion Windows have grown to become the area’s leading installer in Yorkshire, boasting an impressive showroom with conservatories, orangeries & solid roofs on display and with additional window and door displays.     I have had in the past 1 and half years the whole...

    I have had in the past 1 and half years the whole of my homes windows and the balcony/sun room windows replaced and have been highly delighted with them.

    Great service really delighted with the finished windows. Fitters were great and have done an excellent job in some very cold conditions.

    Overall, very pleased with the company. However, any problems were not dealt with quickly and we had to wait a couple of months to have a replacement glass panel refitted due to poor service from the glass manufacturer. Communication was not good during this time and hence only 2 stars. However Orion fitted some windows on an earlier occasion and communication was good. Staff and workman always polite and friendly and they got on with the job and we are very happy with the windows and French doors that were fitted.

    The quality of the doors is very good. The service was very disappointing. I have the feeling that my concerns were not listened to. I didnt want a step and was assured it wouldnt be more than 1.8cm. Its now at 3 cm.
