I have dealt with Orion Windows on several occasions and have always found then to be helpful and accommodating. I have always been 100% satisfied with their products and found their workforce to be efficient polite and considerate when entering your home.

Wasnt aware it was an afternoon booking. So wasted morning waiting. Would be good if letter confirmed time when bill sent.

We asked for the whole house to be refitted with windows and on the day of installation we were told by the fitters that there was a window missing . So the sales man had missed it and the surveyor missed it. We were told the price for an extra window which were were quite angry about as we had agreed to have it done on the original quote. We decided to go ahead with it never the less. When the surveyor came to measure up at first he told me about a call he had had that day saying he had missed a window so I was suspicious that it happened regularly to get some extra money out of customers. They also tried to fob us off with two windows that had the sill width not within the specification. We were told the fit would take two days and it was dragged out to a week with the fitters turning up at ten and leaving at three. Saying all that we are pleased with the final finish of the job.

Paul from York excellent, took a photo of his own front door and brought me it to see, no pressure at all and love my door.

The fitters Bobby Penny and his helper Laim were excellent, very polite and were a credit to your company. Thank you.
