Orion Windows was established in York in 1989 and is independently owned. From the early days the founders have worked to build a home improvement company based on recommendations by providing an outstanding service and high levels of customer care. Over the years Orion Windows have grown to become the area’s leading installer in Yorkshire, boasting an impressive showroom with conservatories, orangeries & solid roofs on display and with additional window and door displays. Unlike other conservatory and window companies, Orion Windows refrain from using any pressure selling techniques. We believe that our quality product and service sells itself!

    Quality control on completion non existent....

    Quality control on completion non existent. Manager/Director difficult to contact. Had to demand meeting to discuss defects/Quality. Poor attitude.

    Experience throughout the whole time from us...

    Experience throughout the whole time from us starting to replace our outdated windows and conservatory was exceptional. No pressure from Orion to buy, they presented their products, information and any questions answered directly and without hesitation. Staff were efficient, polite and worked continually.
