From the early days the founders have worked to build a home improvement company based on recommendations by providing an outstanding service and high levels of customer care. Over the years Orion Windows have grown to become the area’s leading installer in Yorkshire, boasting an impressive showroom with conservatories, orangeries & solid roofs on display and with additional window and door displays. Unlike other conservatory and window companies, Orion Windows refrain from using any pressure selling techniques. We believe that our quality product and service sells itself!

    From my first contact with the company, I have been impressed by their attention and efficiency, including Rob, the salesman, the surveyor and the fitters.We would like to compliment the fitting team for their hard work and efficiency- in the face of some challenging weather. Communication was very good and every day I had the opportunity, if I needed it, to query any aspect of the work, both from the fitters and the Orion director who made contact every day. I was kept informed of exactly what was being done at every stage. They made a disruptive process as smooth as it could be.

    WE HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR ALL THE TRADESPEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE DESIGN AND BUILDING OF OUR ORANGERY. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL AND HAVE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER WORK. ALSO POLITE AND PATIENT WHILST I QUERIED EVERYTHING. I WOULD CERTAINLY BE VERY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM AND WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN SHOULD THE OCCASION ARISE.
