Small complaint - would have preferred to have each room completed entirely rather installers taking full two days to complete all rooms. House was chaos.

Neighbours and friends have been very complimentary of the work Orion have done. I also am very pleased with the standard and quality. It has transformed the appearance of my house whilst also making it warmer. Thank you. However, I and my 'observant' neighbours are of the belief that first appearances are vitally important. Can you imagine how my heart sank and was horrified when your fitters first arrived. A filthy van and fitters in equally filthy work clothes. Not a very professional appealing sight at all. 'Cowboys' were my first thoughts - not born out with the finished job thank goodness. But oh how your image plummeted in those first minutes.

Fitters were excellent. Clean and tidy. All done in three hours. Excellent service.

Due to traffic the fitters from Barnsley didn't arrive till mid to late morning daily. This extended the total fitting process. Orion showroom is in need of updating/refurbishment.
