Quite simply a very neat and tidy job with high quality windows

Lee and Ryan did a grand fitting job: meticulous, careful and honest (in pointing out defects/errors). Helped repair the reputation of this industry. But oh dear, the manufacturer, Evolution, were slow on both occasions (like 6 months) in delivering, and delivering correctly. Both times sent wrong handles and forgot window ledge end caps. Still, looks good and worth waiting for. Good office and sales contact.

Lee and Ryan were a great team - kept me in the loop throughout the fitting, were tidy, considerate and did a great job. I am thrilled with the end product.

Bifold doors and windows fitted to rear of property. Paid a deposit in May all remedial work finally finished in December. Fitters were great but admin from the office awful. Parts missing, fitters sent to fix errors with wrong parts and the office never contacted me proactively. I would have been more understanding if a) they had apologised b) they had actually taken the time to contact me rather than having to continually chase and b) been polite or even a little sympathetic on the phone. It’s a shame as actually happy with the doors and windows and the fitters but would never recommend this company to anyone given the terrible back office experience. 

The Installers Lee and Ryan came on time. They were very efficient, polite and clean workers which resulted in an extremely good finish to the product. I would highly recommend them.

We had an amazing team of fitters to install our windows. The first team , Ross and Richie, were here and installed a bay window and several others at the back of the house. They were very efficient, courteous and friendly and worked hard to complete the job- staying way later than they needed to ensure the work was finished before they left. 
The next team that arrived, Lee and Ryan, were also brilliant and very efficient, and their attention to detail , on what was a less than easy job, was second to none. They worked tirelessly and the end results were superb. They left everywhere clean and tidy before they left. They too were very friendly, polite and are complete professionals in what they do. 
We have been very happy with the whole experience and the fitters are to be congratulated on the quality of their work. It was a pleasure to have them here.

Excellent fitting service by Ross and Ritchie. Very pleased with the finished product.

Ross and Richie were very efficient and worked well. They were very friendly and explained everything fully.

Have just had a full house of windows installed and am extremely pleased with the whole experience.  It was great that they have a large unique showroom to view their range of products.  Fitters arrived on time, worked well and took all the mess with them.  Can already notice the difference with the warmth of the rooms and less snooze from outside.  Very impressed!

An absolute dream company from start to finish. I expected delays due to Covid but I was kept fully up to date of any changes by the office. 
We had the back of the house demolished for bi folds and the initial building team were excellent. The steel went in no issues and after only 3 days work we have amazing bi folds. I have tiles at the rear of my house and these were replaced after the steel went in and look better than they did before!!
The windows and doors were next and Kevin arrived on time and did an awesome job! A lovely fella who loves tea! I am very pleased with the overall result and happy with how things have been left clean and tidy. Both the building team and Kevin went over and above for what we wanted and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Eden keep up the good work!

Despite initial good vibes, dealing with this company was simply a headache (except for when 1 individual got involved, she was much more proactive and was great).
Understandably there were issues due to COVID, however the vast majority of our experience was not due to this.
Very poor communication, delays with no apology/explanation, not showing up when expected, errors in building meant that a wall had to be rebuilt before the windows could go on, damage to the finish of the doors and window frames, lack of care and attention when installing meant there were scratches and sealant everywhere… the list goes on. Not to mention being told the final instalment was overdue before we had signed off that we were satisfied!  Avoid at all costs.
