Shame, shame, terrible, stay away from them!!!
We are glad we didn't get to the point of installing windows with them as they tricked us into paying a deposit in March 2022 before signing or seeing a contract, after they agreeing with us on a specific date. The survey came to our house, spent about one hour and left promising that we will get the outcome of his survey the next day or the latest at the beginning of the week after. For weeks we didn't hear from them therefore we started enquiring, to find out about the progress of our project, only to be told that the surveyor 'forgot' the survey on his desk for over two weeks without sending it forward. We took annual leave for the agreed dates, which we have lost now as we were faced with the fact that they will not deliver the project as agreed. After many phone calls and broken promises, we requested our deposit in full unless they deliver the project as agreed, but they charged us almost £600 pounds for a survey that was dealt inappropriately. They were extremely rude and refused to talk to my partner as they made the contract on my name despite we specifically requested previously a number of times for the contract to be on my partners name. Tellingly, they have a deviously worded clause in their T&Cs which means that even if they don’t stick to their own timescales and leave you hanging, there’s nothing you can do:

“We shall not be liable for any delay or loss or damage due to our failure to perform the Services promptly, or at all, where such failure is due exclusively to matters beyond our control. Time for performance shall not be of the essence of the Contract under any circumstances.”
However in our case it was in their control, but they refused to take the responsibility withholding without our approval a massive lump of money from our deposit.
We have been in contact with citizen advisor and my bank to recover my money. It's a lot of money they withhold without our approval for an hour job which was carried out the way it was. I am happy to share my correspondence for everyone to see what these individuals have done. Be aware that these "cowboys" do not appear to be certified by FENSA.
After providing us with an offer and we paid 25% deposit of almost £5000 they wanted to charges us extra money for scaffolding.

Would recommend, pretty great process throughout. Very nice and easy on initial installation. I did have to call to chase on when someone would come round to measure and then to fit, but both times got through to someone who gave me a date very quickly. Fitters were very friendly and resolved a small issue straight away. Windows themselves look great, we opted for the Extreme windows for more security. Timescales from initial consultation to installation were very quick. Overall a pretty smooth process.

The quality is amazing. The measurements taken to fit them was incredibly precise making the finished project something to be really proud of.
The two fitters were so polite and worked so hard. Left both rooms that they worked in immaculate.

Another excellent installation from Eden windows. Our installers Steve and Adam did a fantastic job with our new bifold doors, they look superb, let in so much more light and are super easy to operate. Very good quality doors too. The guys were very efficient, friendly and polite and gave a good, informative  demonstration of how to use the doors. They left everywhere clean and tidy and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. Thank you,both, for a brilliant job. Very happy customers. 

Excellent service from start to finish. Tim, the sales consultant was knowledgeable and helpful with no hard sell. Tony the surveyor was thorough and helpful. Admin staff were on the ball and honest when they had to reschedule the fitting date. Steve and Adam did the fitting. They arrived on time, had a good plan and kept us informed. Their work was quick but professional and extremely well done. They kept the work areas clean and tidy, and cleared away at the end of the day. They even refitted the pillars around the front door which we had taken off to paint as they wanted to ensure that they achieved the best finish. They also went back to their yard to get some bricks to correct some issues from either the fitting of the old doors or from the original construction. Fantastic service and quality all round.

Although the rep made an error and I didn’t get the colour door I wanted- which I d it by pick up on as only check figures! I was extremely happy with the end result. The fitters were lovely and were constantly cleaning and friendly. They also didn’t mind my 6 year old asking a million questions. 
Would recommend this company but check all details correctly as what is said is not what is written on forms!

Good service, install was very efficient and Sean and Dean were friendly and polite. No mess left and now have a lovely new door. Also efficient and friendly staff in the office.

The 2 fitters did an excellent job of replacing my conservatory roof with glass.  They were professional, polite, friendly and kept me informed of any issues, eg. if there was to be noise or dust.  They kept to time and when the installation was finished they tidied up very well and removed any rubbish.  I would recommend Eden Windows.  Already I have neighbours who are interested in getting a quote as they are impressed with the finished result to my little house.  I am relieved that the job went as planned with  no hitches.

We have just had our conservatory updated with UPVC and are delighted with the result.
The fitters arrived and worked hard to get the old conservatory dismantled as soon as possible. The new roof was installed before the rain came (with Sahara Dust also!) Then the windows were fitted and doors adjusted so we were able to open and close them easily. The fitters cleared up every evening before they left. Finally they cleaned the new conservatory and we are delighted with the result.

The fitters did an excellent job installing 3 new windows over 4 days. They arrived on time, worked constantly without taking long breaks and cleaned up well at the end of each day. They replaced some missing cavity wall installation which will help prevent heat loss. The scaffolding which was needed for the upstairs windows was removed promptly within 3 days following completion. We waited a long time from November to March for the windows to arrive but understand that this was due to lack of materials and heavy demand following the Covid lockdown.

Fast, efficient installation. Workmanship was excellent. Very satisfied with the end result. Sean and Dean were excellent, polite, friendly and did a great job.
