Very pleased with the whole process. With the customer service and the workmen and of course the new Conservatory.

I took a risk using Eden Windows to replace my conservatory roof with a solid one. I didn't know anyone who had done this to their conservatory and I didn't know of anyone who had used them. I had a conservatory that I could not use in the summer because it was too hot but that has all changed now. The team that did the installation were brilliant. They got on with the job and didn't let up except for when they took their lunch break. The installation was completed before the summer began and I have been able to sit out there even on the hotest days and enjoy the room. I would thoroughly recommend having a replacement solid roof and I would recommend this company to do it. The quote was very good in comparison with another company I looked at. I have no regrets at all, other than I wish I had done it sooner.

I wanted a quality building to replace an old cedar and glass conservatory. I liked being able to view the various options in the showroom and the helpful advice of the sales consultant. Whilst they had to work to the existing foundations which presented some technical questions there were no problems only solutions. I felt comfortable placing my order and as soon as the builders, installation team,plasterers and electrician got to work I knew I had made the right choice. I was impressed with all the staff I met and dealt with. They were all extremely competent and obviously took great pride in their work and I now have a conservatory at the top end of my expectations which has been much admired by my neighbours. Well done.

Very good product,fitter very good but was surprised he was on his own as old patio doors were aluminium and were difficult for him to remove from site owing to there size. Contact with staff very good but think office staff could be more efficient as there were mistakes with things like salesman when first calling had not got house number,office staff contacting me when i was considering whether to proceed or not, calling me by wrong name and quoting wrong quote. Overall the product is good and any minor things have been dealt with efficiently so would definitley recommend Eden Windows
