We are very pleased with the work that Eden Windows have recently carried out for us. This involved removal of a length of wall between kitchen and conservatory and fitting bifold doors. The two men arrived on time, carried out the work to a very high degree of professionalism and cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous throughout and readily answered any questions we had as the work was proceeding. I would unhesitatingly recommend Eden Windows to other people thinking of having work like this carried out in their home.

There should be a 3rd button for “Yes but”.
This has been a tortuous process which no doubt EDEN will want to explain.
The whole process from the first order took 6 months. This was initially due to the delivery of the wrong cills, (Residence 9) which then were then wrongly delivered and remained so for 2 months.
The external transom water bars took even longer and they too were firstly not delivered and then delivered incorrectly some 3 months into the process.
Since the first installation one of the Units has failed and is awaiting replacement.
Communication has been lacking.

Overall the end product was of a good standard....
Overall the end product was of a good standard. Staff were well mannered, friendly and punctual. Our only concern is that there seemed to be a lack of communication that needs to be improved. Following the surveyors report, after 6 weeks we had to chase Eden to find out progress re start date. There seemed to be some sort of mix up internally but then within a couple of days things got underway.
It would be helpful to have written instructions on the aftercare of the windows, this is paramount if having self cleaning glass.
We had requested a porta-loo to be provided for the workmen, which we consider necessary and standard for the length of time required to complete the job. Eden said they would provide this but did'nt and we had to hire one at our own expense!
