New front door was fitted today, it looks fantastic - makes a big change to the previous door that was there. All staff were professional and punctual.

Workmen were very polite and punctual-they had to work in terrible weather condition. They left everything tidy and consulted us at every point. A big thank you to Eden Windows we would certainly use them for other projects. We are left with a lovely bright extension room-great for plants and seed growing too .

The fitter extensively damaged wall plaster in my hall and stuck in back with mastic. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until the evening. The following morning I reported my serious concerns to the sales representative in the Bexley office. When I described what the fitter had done he said he agreed with my anger and would sort it out with his colleague. I have not heard from the Bexley office and am of course very angry. Hopefully this obvious lack of concern may be due to the fact I am a widowed pensioner - I really hope not! Prior to installation of my Solidor Composite front door I asked the rep to measure for a storm porch to my front door, unfortunately due to the problems with the installation I will be approaching a different company. This was a totally unacceptable experience.

Excellent service and beautiful finish

Thrilled with my replacement windows and also the brickwork that has been done. Definitely will recommend Eden windows to my family and friends The workmen were respectful and clean. They came at the time stated before hand. I had a patio door taken out and a window put in its place, the brickwork is amazing, matched perfectly. I also had all my windows replaced including bays. They worked around my elderly father in law with great respect. Thank you Eden Windows
