We talked about the requirements we needed. Shown products that were suitable. Then salesman priced for cheaper version that we received. Spoilt an otherwise excellent product/process.

Communication rather sporadic. We didn't worry as we had previously had a conservatory installed. Would have been concerned if we'd been first time customers.

The Installation was good, but fitter should have installed a cover strip under the threshold , this was however rectified by another fitter the same day as we also had a lock/handle problem.
This was all rectified with no issues.
I would have given a 5 star rating except for the covering strip issue.

Great service and friendly staff. The fitter was friendly and a had a good sense of humour. Would order from Eden again when we need any windows.

I placed an order after a visit to the Gillingham showroom. I found the staff there helpful, but not pushy,
Fitting was delayed by a day due to weather slowing a previous job, but plenty of notice was given and apologies made.
The fitters arrived to replace my old patio door after a heavy downpour. They were polite and worked efficiently despite the cold and miserable conditions they endured. The fitters did their best to keep inconvenience to a minimum and cleared up after them. They did a good job.

Our new patio door looks good and is certainly a huge improvement on it predecessor.

Disappointed with service of replacements, amount of phone calls that I made and excuses given still awaiting door number, no one came to inspect installation. Pity they weren't so prompt in the service us they were in chasing their money.

Very good workers efficient and tidy.
