Communication rather sporadic. We didn't worry as we had previously had a conservatory installed. Would have been concerned if we'd been first time customers.

Front door installation.
The Installation was good, but fitter should have installed a cover strip under the threshold , this was however rectified by another fitter the same day as we also had a lock/handle problem.
This was all rectified with no issues.
I would have given a 5 star rating except for the covering strip issue.

Great service and friendly staff. The fitter was friendly and a had a good sense of humour. Would order from Eden again when we need any windows.

Pleasing New patio door.
I placed an order after a visit to the Gillingham showroom. I found the staff there helpful, but not pushy,
Fitting was delayed by a day due to weather slowing a previous job, but plenty of notice was given and apologies made.
The fitters arrived to replace my old patio door after a heavy downpour. They were polite and worked efficiently despite the cold and miserable conditions they endured. The fitters did their best to keep inconvenience to a minimum and cleared up after them. They did a good job.
Our new patio door looks good and is certainly a huge improvement on it predecessor.

Disappointed with service of replacements, amount...
Disappointed with service of replacements, amount of phone calls that I made and excuses given still awaiting door number, no one came to inspect installation. Pity they weren't so prompt in the service us they were in chasing their money.

Front & Back doors and frames replaced -
From start to finish this company were excellent, I cannot fault the service,
I have a very old house and was worried about how clean the job would be, was the finish going to be up to standard but I have to say the fitters were brilliant, everything fits perfectly and they cleaned up behind them like no one had ever been!
Best service I’ve had in ages from any local company!!

You most certainly get what you pay for - worth every penny!
This company is by no means the cheapest but their professional service and superior quality is worth paying for. My new conservatory is fantastic and has added so much extra space to my house and with the new glass roof it has made the adjoining kitchen so much brighter. Very professional all round. Minor issues with some guttering was sorted out with no quibbles and could not praise their staff enough.

Have dealt with company in the past and would definitely deal again. Good quality product at affordable price and polite staff and workman. We are very pleased with the finished conservatory and will not hesitate to recommend you to our family & friends.
