The whole project went as planned. Excellent service from all involved especially the two installers who worked very hard in high temperatures.

Slight damage to lounge wall but composition no quibble.

We have had a front door and patio door installed recently by Eden Windows. We feel very confident using their service as all aspects are carried out professionally and with a high level of customer care. The products are very high quality and reasonably priced for what you get. From the sales people to the surveyor, office staff and fitters everyone you deal with seems to take pride in their work and they never push for a sale. Great work, keep it up Eden, we will soon be coming back to you to replace our windows!

I visited the Eden showroom in Gillingham. I was given a written quotation (not an estimate) on the spot for the two types of patio doors I was considering. Eden visited my home the following day and measured up. I chose the aluminum patio doors, and I am so pleased with them. The frame profiles are much narrower than the UPVC ones and the garden almost feels like it is part of the room. They may be significantly more expensive, but I don't regret it for a moment. The installation went very smoothly - everything was made good as part of the installation - and the fitters were very good. The only slight criticism was that the doors took longer to produce than originally forecast - however, it wasn't particularly important to me.

Fantastic company excellent quality product, they couldn’t be more helpful if they tried, the salesmen & surveyor were not pushy at all but made helpful suggestions, we got exactly what we wanted without any fuss or hassle, friendly straight forward service, all the way along we were kept informed. Came the day of installation Elliott & Anthony were on time & very polite it was so nice to be called sir & not mate all the time, thanks guys. Their workmanship is excellent the finish superb, attention to detail, the final finish is perfect because they were not rushing to finish but working to a high standard.

Tim the salesman was very friendly & helpful, not at all pushy. The surveyor was on time & efficient & the installer who was working alone was on time, very tidy, friendly & did an amazing job.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the contact we had with the office let the company down. Calls were not returned & the was a feeling of indifference when calling to make the scheduled payments. However I’d use the company again as the product ( front door) is excellent.

We have found Eden Windows excellent. The products are of a high quality. The staff, fitters etc very friendly. The MD Paul is very pleasant easy to talk to.

Excellent before, during and after service. I can not fault Eden Windows they fitted my French doors and new Front door nothing was too much trouble and my doors look great.

We were very impressed by Eden Windows when the representative came to discuss our requirements. This was quickly dispelled,however, by mistakes made on our order form and by subsequent delays. Also needing three visits to fit one front door! The communication was appalling!! The only saving grace were the fitters and the final product itself. We were thinking of replacing our conservatory roof but not now!!

We did have a few issues with our original fitting, the wrong design was fitted for some of the windows and there were some snagging issues. However, Eden Windows accepted the errors immediately and ordered replacements for us. The 2nd fitter who came out was fantastic, he checked all the windows and sorted out any snagging. End result is brilliant, the house looks amazing. It may have not gone perfectly at the first fitting but I cannot fault their customer service and their dedication to putting it right. The sort of service (I know from bitter experience) you simply don’t get from the bigger firms.
